Definitely not luxury at all

It was ok location was was good parking was available Lady on phone was very helpful

This is not a luxury apartment at all Beds was very small and WiFi was really slow Kitchen need updating and was not clean There was old food left in cupboards out of date Coffee machine did not work Toilet was the worst and shower did not work just a-little water coming out. Will not stay again

Very impressed

The whole apartment was just great. It is very easy to find, great parking, if you take your car, but buses and taxis are really good. Local people were lovely and helpful. It was roomy and bigger than expected. Loved the lamps, and the whole place was very warm, comfortable, and relaxing, too. My friend brought battery tealights and made it more personal to us. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

OK. 4 of supposed to be staying, but dropped to 3. Still, the everyday crockery was OK. The water was so hot ! Could do with turning down or a warning sticker. But not enough glasses, only 2, 1 wine glass, 3 knives, no seive or colander. If 4 had been staying, not enough ! I understand the worry of flooding, but there is no plug for the kitchen sink to do washing up and none for the bathroom sink either. We were asked to leave the crockery and cutlery, etc, clean. We even left our morning utensils going through the dishwasher. However, we also had to clean everything!! before we could use it, nothing had been checked. One of the 3 knives was actually stuck solid in the drawer !! We took a plastic table cover with us to protect the dining table while playing games. The tv was buffering, so we didn't use it. It would have been very helpful to know that the key box was not the one next to the front door too, but the one on the wall past the door. Small issues, all can be easily dealt with and didn't affect us, we managed with them.

Clean and tidy very cosy, the coffee machine was a bonus too. The location was great and free parking even better.
