It did the job, well located, comfortable bed.

Dirty and chipped cups in the kitchen, games room a nice touch, but the pool table is warped and the cues broken. 3 of the 6 darts for the dartboard were also broken. The house was freezing, put the heating on for the guests prior to arrival.

The house really good, but not excellent for a family to stay

The house was neat and clean and in a good location. The bedroom was spacious and had good facilities for a comfortable sleep.

I wish there had been a dining table to eat together, as we found it difficult to eat as a family. We were also unsure if there were tissues provided in the kitchen, as we couldn’t find any. The toilet was quite small and didn’t have enough space to move around comfortably

Poor

This property is tired, neglected and in disrepair everywhere you look. Even the darts were all broken!

The walls were dirty, the sealant was black and there was mould growing from the wall. I asked for a partial refund as we had to leave early. We were just ignored!

Great value stay in a nicely appointed house.

The house was spotlessly clean and the hosts made the process of booking in very easy, with the code for the key box arriving on time etc. There was a parking permit waiting in the lounge and plenty of space in the street. Two comfortable bedrooms, and great value. Nice facilities with TV's in the rooms and games in the back room. The place is easy to find, and there is a big Asda a few streets away if you need anything and other local services. Would definitely stay here again if in Nottingham.

A modern and spacious home from home! 10/10

A really lovely house, was decorated beautifully and had everything and more that we needed! Very modern and spacious. Had WiFi code clearly shown, parking permit, a cool games room and prime and Disney on TV! We booked it as we were in town from a concert and we’d deffo stay again, hosts were lovely and it had a lovely homely feel about it. Also the mirror racing the stairs was beautiful we managed to get around 100 selfies there haha!

Had a small mishap when we got back after a concert but contacted the host and they came straight out so 10/10 on attentiveness, they resolved the problem quickly and professionally!

Needs some love and attention

Collection of keys was easy and stress free.

At first glance the property is fine, not very visually appealing outside. There is not enough seating in communal areas, everything was uncomfortable and a little run down. To top it off, the fridge was fine, freezer was grimey, the oven would not work, and when looking at the dishes, could see that these were not cleaned properly by previous guests and not checked by the owners. Cleaner was also pacing outside the property for nearly half an hour before check out on the phone. Felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Also note, that the blinds fitted do nothing to block out the daylight, ensuring an early wake up call.

Lovely and convenient house

Abdul was very helpful and the property was as described. The house is close to both tram and bus routes, making it easy to get around with public transport. The parking pass was perfect as we could park right in front of the house with no problems.

The only thing I would mention is that it is definitely a Victorian/Edwardian property with steps up and down to the main staircase. My American mother was a bit surprised and needed constant reminders about the extra steps, but they weren't really a problem. Just something to consider if anyone in your party is unused to that or has knee/ankle issues. Also, the bathroom is small, but everything including the shower works perfectly.

Good central location

Good communication with the host. Free parking outside the house was ideal. Good location for overnight stay for daughter's graduation at University of Nottingham.

The shower wasn't the best because it was only an attachment to the bath taps which were difficult to turn off. The table and chairs in the lounge which were shown in the photos were missing but this wasn't a problem for us as we ate out.

Beds comfortable. Easy access to city centre. Host very accommodating and responsive.

Bathroom and kitchen very small. Shower is attached to the taps and not a proper shower. Lots of noise outside and next door. It seems that the next door house is being renovated so lots of banging and builders shouting. Area seems run down.

Okay budget accommodation

The check-in process was easy and the property was easy to find. The price was good for a one night stay- cheap but manage your expectations!

As per previous reviews, the place has a strange smell and the neighbourhood is a bit rundown. The front and back yards also need a lot of work but the house itself is functional.

Was a really nice property, just as seen in the photos. The location was convenient and the owner was lovely and super informative about accessing the property on arrival day. Games room was super fun & had the basic necessities we needed for the stay. Great value for money!

The games room was a lovely extra. We howled with laughter at the pool balls with a mind of their own. It was brilliant for 4 'older' blokes attending a concert.

Very cozy and warm place friendly staff.

The beds were so comfy and they had so many things to do in the actual house itself even though we did go for a concert I would’ve been happy to stay at the place the whole day it had a very homely vibe perfect for a group trip and the host was very nice overall none of us seen anything wrong with the place on the inside they’ve really done it up well

The only downfall to the property was the area it was in because the outside looked quite rough so at first we thought we had been scammed but as soon as we went inside it looked all great

Great interior, nice little house, badly let down by neighbours.

well equipped house. Kids loved the pool and darts room. Modern furniture.

Small sofa bed was broken. Bathroom very small Biggest issue was with neighbours. Screams and shouting from next door began at 11. Some of our group had to leave at 2 am and then screaming, slamming doors, children crying, shouting, cars driving at speed and more didn't finish until 3 am. It then restarted for the remaining guests until 5 when they finally stopped.

Really nice on the inside. Rooms were really nice and the games room area is a nice touch

The Neighbours played very loud music continually from 7pm to 7am and were out in the streets The outside of the property is not very appealing The chair under the window is missing a leg and has been replaced by a block of wood. This chair is unsafe to sit on Kitchen is for the most part well stocked but there are no Oven Trays The shower is difficult to use due to the size of the space and slope of the roof but still manageable

Good location for heading into the city

Nicely decorated throughout, games room lovely touch, loads of space for both of us, complementary tea, coffee, even variety soaps in the bathroom if needed, was clean, welcoming and warm , we used it just for a base while visiting friends.

I found the check in process a bit of a nightmare and communication was good however only allocated lock box number on day of the booking about 25 minutes before check in , I did contact the owner though and thankfully he was very accommodating with texting me with information on arrival. The neighbours are having a renovation I think so lots of furniture left outside which made the approach seem untidy however has nothing to do with property we stayed in.

Die Freundlichkeit des Inhabers war gut, Duschutensilien vorhanden, Billard und Darts waren schön

Dreckig, Haare auf dem Bettbezug, Staub und Schimmel im Bad und am Duschvorhang, alte Socken unter dem Bett. Lage war nicht gut, vor der Tür Müll ohne Ende.
