For the price it good. It has basically everything you need in the room with a full kitchen except an oven as it only has combi microwave / grill. It is in quite area and has a large desk.
The duvet sheets did not have buttons and so the duvet was coming out and get scrunched up. There was fan on all the time in my room which made it noisy at night but I think was unique problem for my room which they will fix.

The 24/7 service, its location near stores, which I found helpful

Facilities good
The challenge is and my mistake really was that there was students still here so was woken up various times in the night as loud voices in the courtyard.
Was due to stay 2 night , but ended up booking another hotel at 4am in the morning as didn’t want to have another bad nights sleep.
So it’s just something to be aware of that if you’re thinking about staying .
This wasn’t the venues problem or staff , just something to be aware of
