Perfect 6 night stay!!!

Stayed here several times. A very clean and pleasant property. Well located and perfect for my block teaching sessions at Nottingham Uni, as it's close to the medical campus. Comfortable beds and living rooms. Kitchen is very clean.

Liked everything about the house. A few things needed inventorying, but we chose to start the stay on Sunday, so it might have been due to this. Overall, a good second stay

Good communication from the owner. House is compact, very clean and functional. Great that there was a travel cot and high chair available.

Fantastic place

The place was exactly as described. It was spacious and clean with all a family needs to enjoy a weekend away from home. The beds were super comfortable, and my girls enjoyed sleeping on them. The host was very accommodating to our needs, and the communication was very pleasant. I would definitely choose this place again in the future. Truly superb.

The house comes with a large front and back garden, which my teenagers were eager to explore. However, it was a bit overgrown and needed some TLC. We couldn't use the garden because of the different species of spiders who live there. That was my only reservation. Apart from that, the place was perfect.

For us, it was how welcome we were made feel, from the very first communication to the last, we felt our comfort and happiness was Sebs priority and that is so appreciated. The house was spotlessly clean, lovely decor, uncluttered, everything you'd hope for.

Extra room for family

Good location - we drove but buses to the city centre do go by there too, comfortable and decent space. Clean and was warm enough. Had street parking in front of the house. Overall a nice stay and the host communicated well with us.

It’s rare to find a host who goes the extra mile, but here, that’s the standard. The house itself was spotless—immaculate in every way. Walking through the door, I was greeted by a space that was not only pristine but beautifully curated. The décor was stunning, with every piece thoughtfully placed to create an atmosphere of elegance and harmony. The matching cutlery and drinkware were such a delightful touch, adding a level of attention to detail that made the entire experience feel truly special. Honestly, this property is the ideal choice for anyone visiting Nottingham, the property itself it in a very peaceful are. And when I return to Nottingham, this will be my go-to stay—without a doubt! Quiet, clean, well decorated house with thoughtful extra touches

Lovely house which is well decorated, felt very homely and has a well equipped kitchen including tea/coffee/sugar/oil/salt/pepper! The beds were really comfortable, with nice bedding and fluffy bathroom towels and toiletries included. Everything is as photographed and super clean. The host Seb was really communicative regarding check in/ check out and any feedback. The location was perfect for us - nice and quiet cul-de-sac and parking right outside. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
