The property is cozy and not very big, but it is very clean and has all amenities. The host is just so lovely. Anything I needed, she was responsive, kind and very helpful.

I was here two nights doing an art session. My stay in this studio was perfect; it had everything I needed. It was cosy, warm and very practical.
Although the studio is amazing and located in a very central part of the city, the street and the area surrounding the accommodation are in very poor condition due to neglect, and there is a lot of litter. I didn't go out at night, but as a woman, I wouldn't feel safe walking alone in this area after dark.

The property is tiny and cozy. It has a lot of kitchen stuff: microwave, water heater, dishwasher, toaster, .. + a washing machine (no dryer though). The bed is comfortable. Definitely for 1 person only.
Neighbors are really really noisy. Sound proofing is almost non-existent. I spent 3 nights. Last night, I slept only 2 hours. You hear all the noise and the people upstairs were partying, knocking, banging, loud music, obnoxious laughs, ... You Hear EVERYTHING. Neighborhood is very sketchy. I found an elderly gentleman peeing there in ally just outside the apartment. I wouldn't bring my kids there. Size can be an issue for tall/big people and US standards overall. I am both tall and big and I almost didn't fit in the shower.
