An excellent, value for money option while staying in Nottingham

Location is to the north side of Nottingham, a little out of the city centre, however local travel links are very good. The area is a quiet residential one with easy access to supermarkets and take away premises. There is free on-street parking outside the property. The communication regarding the stay was excellent and timeous - responses to my queries were prompt and helpful.

A minor issue is that a television is listed but there was not one in the room where I stayed.

Well thought off amenities. Excellent location - just 6 minutes drive to Nottingham city hospital.

No WiFi! First it wouldn’t let me connect, when it did, there was no network Not good data reception either - which is what I had to use to make the essential calls. Mattress was very soft- not ideal with people having a bad back.

Perfect location for my needs. Very well equipped, just some minor niggles as explained.

The location was perfect and the room was very well equipped. WiFi was excellent and parking was not a problem. Takeaway and convenience store just over a one minute walk from the property. I will definitely book again.

The main light in the room, (Flat 3), wasn't bright enough. Needs a brighter bulb and a much lighter coloured light shade. The mirror above the bed needs moving to the wall next to the table. Nice bathroom, but shower cubicle felt a bit claustrophobic. Bathroom needs a shelf to hold toiletries. Roller blind for the window is very squeeky and I'm certain other guests could hear it. Venetian blinds would be far more suitable.

Excellent

The flat was clean and well organised. I loved everything that was provided within the flat. We did not feel as if it lacked anything. It’s a great place for short stay trips at good price and location.

Good rooms, bad doors

I liked the value for money, facilities were nice and clean. I also liked that bathroom, fridge, cooker, everything was in the room without shared space.

I didn't like the room doors at all, specifically how noisy they were. The lock was automatic without the need to use keys on exit, however the doors were kind of loose, on the lock point, like just few millimeters, which means they were making thumb noise every time. This would be fine if it was just my door, but my neighbors were frequently leaving their rooms and they were not so considerate of others, locking the doors into loud door slamming every single time (I believe because the doors were that way).
