Exactly as photos describe. Excellent communication and helpful host when I couldn’t get wifi connected.
Quiet location with great bus links to Nottingham. Fully equipped kitchen. Hot and powerful shower. Use of washing machine also which is so helpful. Highly recommend.

A lot on offer for the money
The bed was awful. Woke up between 10 and 15 times each night with searing pain in hips. You could feel every one of the 20 or so springs pressing into you. Considering all we wanted to do was sleep this was quite a big disappointment. That said, if the bed was different and comfortable I wouldn't hesitate to give 9 or even 10 out of 10. The rest of the facilities were great for the price paid
