Calling it an apartment is a bit of a stretch of the imagination. They've certainly made an effort to make it look nice, but it's just too small. They've tried to do too much in too small a space. They would be much better off getting rid of the "kitchen", which is nothing of the sort, just a sink, worktop & single hot plate which let's face it, no one's going to use that to cook on for a week & anyway; you can't even open the mini fridge because of the SINGLE bed being in the way. Also, you can't open the door fully because it hits the other end of the bed. Additionally the toilet was pretty awkward to use & I'm neither tall nor overweight, but worst of all is that they lied about it being a double bed. This is totally unacceptable. It's a small single bed. When looking at their photo, that purple thing on the right with the cushions on it is the bed! I assumed that was a sofa. I would have rated the place disappointing but for the whopping lie about the bed, that's why I've rated the place as poor. In the end I could only use it to sleep (uncomfortably) in & that was not the plan - I wanted an apartment for the week that I could 'live' in.

we were given the code to get into the property (electronic keycode lock) however, there were 4 rooms with electronic key code locks and we were not told which room it was. We tried calling the number provided, messaging through booking.com and emailing with no response. We had to try every door and disturbed someone else staying in one of the rooms until we found our own. bed was a single which pulled out to make into a double however, only 2 pillows and one single duvet was provided for a booking for 2 people. There was a patio door to a shared small yard which did not have a blind or curtain across so light came in early on morning and anyone in neighbouring property could see in this door and bathroom window. There is CCTV in the shared kitchen which was not mentioned on the listing There is a huge list of 'rules' on the back of the room door which incur charges such as taking anyone else's food (we weren't able to access the cupboard in the kitchen allocated to our room anyway) leaving pots on the draining board in kitchen, cooking and drinks in rooms not allowed (despite them providing a hot plate, kettle, toaster, fridge and filled water jug with glasses in the room). We called the number in the property and given to to us multiple times without success, left a voice message on the day of check in, sent 2 messages via booking.com and booking.com have also been unable to get a response, lack of communication is extremely disappointing; if we had been unable to gain access or there was a major problem (for example bed broken, water leak etc) we would have had to found alternative accommodation.

Como hospedaje solo se preocupan de generar ingresos sin ser meticulosos en la gente que entra y sale del lugar, ademas como nadie trabaja o esta fisicamente se permite o se presta para disturbios. La primera noche una pareja bebio y peleo toda la noche tanto asi que llego la policia por el llamado de vecinos ya que no dejaron dormir en toda la noche. Una mujer gritando fuera de la calle y la pareja gritando dentro del recinto. Haciendo disturbios y el dueño no hizo nada. Para nada recomendado.
