Private Room near Station & City Centre Free Parking Fast WiFi

You get what you pay for really, decently close to the town centre and main public transport links (bus, tram, train) there are two bathrooms on the property which is good, 5 rooms in total. Bed was a standard double Devan,although the mattress was quite stiff the bedsheets where nice and soft! The shared kitchen has a gas hob with seemingly plenty of pots if you wish to make your own food and there is a generously sized TV in the shared livingroom space.

The property manager was difficult to get a hold of (I had to get help from a local business to contact him). Unclear use of property and where to leave keys upon checkout, I had to find the WiFi router to get internet access - no information was in the rented room as expected, General upkeep of the whole property is poor. My room specifically (ground floor) the bed was up against the radiator which is a massive fire risk, there was a constant draft from both the door and the windows. The area is fairly quiet, but as the windows are old and single glazed you could hear everything little noise from outside like anyone walking by or neighbours talking (you could hear every word - this may be difficult for some to deal with during school run hours)
