The location was excellent - close to the train station - and easy to find. The room was OK with a nice shower.

Location was decent. Room was clean enough. Couldn't really hear the trains even though you were close to the tracks. Suited what I needed which was a place to sleep while on a study trip. Checking in and out was smooth enough.
I should have looked at the listing closer as when reading the description you see that the kitchen is shared, but the overview of the listing makes it sound like it's a studio apartment you have to yourself, so it wasn't what I expected upon arrival. That's my bad though. The bathroom's vent must connect to where people smoke outside as it always smelled like cigarettes in there. Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which I don't think is crazy to expect. While you don't really hear the trains going by, you sure hear doors being slammed throughout the floor. Overall, it served its purpose as a clean place to sleep at night.

Great location, good facilities. Very safe and secure. Easy check in and check out procedure.
The upkeep and cleanliness of the communal kitchen at times seemed disappointing.
The constant slamming of all doors!

A practical and comfortable room for a solo stay in central Nottingham. The location is excellent, and the room was clean, well-organized, and had everything needed for a short stay. Communication was clear and efficient.
Overall, a great option for anyone looking for a simple, well-located, and convenient place to stay in Nottingham. I would definitely stay again.

The location is great, with just a 5-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the city centre. The entire complex is new and very clean, and staying in the en-suite room was an interesting and OK experience. The hosts contacted me 3-4 times during my stay via the booking platform (online) to check that everything was okay, which I appreciated, and they always responded very quickly.
Unfortunately, when I arrived at the complex, the host arrived late with the key and appeared visibly annoyed. It felt as though he was frustrated at having to be there and provided only the most basic information, without offering any additional guidance.
Although the apartment itself is very clean, it feels quite soulless and offers only the bare minimum. For example, there was just one washed towel for showering (for my 2 night stay), no soap, no decorations, no iron, no hair dryer, no bin bags, and the heating kept turning off, which meant I was cold on the first night.
Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential, but don’t expect more than the basics, with very little effort made to make guests feel welcome or “at home.”

I was called at 12.30am which transpires was an error. I had a long drive and got to the facilities at 2.40pm as I had a long drive but was told to come back after 3pm. The could not get back until 5pm and no one was there. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my key. Not shown the room. Room clean and very basic. Bed uncomfortable and noise from other students a little frustrating but understandable due to location. Shame no parking or discounted parking option. Was not told about Wi-Fi but the support on line was quick to assist
Cleaning cost more than the room.
Being called early hours when it was not for me anyway.
No parking or options of parking facilities.

I like that it’s not too far from town, a good 10-15min walk and 5min walk to the train station.
Kitchen and room were clean. Kitchen always remained tidy
Only thing I didn’t like is that it’s self contained which I was aware of however toilet roll, cleaning products etc I would buy for my 2 week stay so bare that in mind.

Few days before my arrival I was asked to contact a Gabriel for the checkin. He was the most impolite, unprofessional person I’ve seen in UK, not meant for this job. On my checkin day I received an email asking for my check in time. I replied at 15 as per regular check in time. Someone replied back that it’s ok and confirmed. Before arriving on the spot I texted Gabriel to inform him my arrival time. He answered that he don’t have time at 15:00 but I MUST wait until 15:30. In the meantime I was waiting outside, soaked in the rain until he came at 15:35.
If you work with public, you need a certain standard. You cannot meet guest with your short, sweating and smelly. Harsh words, but it’s the truth. Hope they learn a lesson from this

Good room
The doors shut really loudly and sometimes it sounded like someone was opening the door to come inside.

I really liked the location, simple check in and out owners respond to messages quickly. Lovely local pub and close to railway station and town centre.
A little dusty in areas and I'd advise anyone going to take hand soap, a mug, tea/coffee etc and earplugs due to traffic noise.

The room an ensuite were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal.
The kitchen floor was sticky and crumby and there was a bag of mouldy rubbish under the sink. There was a hob, but obviously the students bring their own pans and crockery, so it wasn't possible to use it.
4.0 / 10.0
The location was convenient, and the building itself is modern. A receptionist is available on-site during the day, from morning until 5:30 PM, to assist with any issues.
The bed had a low-quality mattress, similar to one you might find at a charity shop, when you lie on it, you sink right in. The bathroom still had hairs from the previous occupant, suggesting it hadn't been properly cleaned. The Warden could benefit from additional training, as their overall attitude was quite negative.
Reception closes at 5:30 PM, and there’s no one to contact in case of emergencies. The Warden also doesn’t respond to phone calls. If your key is not working at night and you are unable to access your property or other emergency that could happen at night you are on your own.
Noise from students outside, particularly on weekends and late at night, often disrupted sleep.

Clean, comfortable bed
Inconsiderate idiots who let doors slam shut all the time, how hard can it be to close the door yourself instead of letting the door mechanism slam it shut behind you.

Good location in Nottingham. Pleasant, comfortable room. Quiet - little noise from other residents.
The shared kitchen needed more mugs, plates, cutlery etc., and needed cleaning & the bins emptying more often.

Didn't eat breakfast. The location is nice and quest with very good security.
The reception was very good. Gabriel was very hospitable and helpful.
Everything was okey

Near enough to railway station
No tea/coffee making facilities. It is not practical to go down to a vending machine for drinks in the middle of the night. What if you are ill in the night and need a drink? There wasn’t even a glass for a drink of tap water. You need to take your own drink container to use the water in reception. Not practical when travelling light and on a long train journey. Is it too much to ask that you would like a kettle to switch on

Se deberia insistir mas en el silencio de los huespedes. La persona del 31 b, fue muy irrespetuosa, hablando por telefono y con la tv puesta muy alta y desde muy temprano hasta muy tarde
