Very cold

It was fairly clean and tv had Netflix etc that you could watch

It was very cold, no heating except portable heaters so kitchen and shower room were really cool. Area isn’t the best either. Mattress needs changing and need more crockery and better quality plus didn’t have a toaster. If it’s a cheap room to sleep in it’s ok if you are out in Nottingham or Ruddington but otherwise not great. Hence the price.

Exactly as described, nothing fancy but everything in good condition and clean.

Light in corridor was on a sensor that went off very quickly! Longer timer on light would have been good

Unfortunately the loud noise from the external fans kept me awake all night. The shower was a bit cold.

Once inside, everything was fine. Very competitive price

Wifi was good. Shower also good. Plenty of space with a separate kitchen. Host responded quickly to help with access to property.

Entrance was initially hard to find as located in a semi industrial alleyway behind the shops. I had to phone host who quickly arranged for someone to help me find lock box and entrance. I arrived in the dark and I found the outside area for a woman alone left me feeling rather unsafe (this made worse by further down the alley for a short time there were lads shouting, there was also graffiti on some nearby building). However, once inside I felt quite safe. I did worry about my car outside, but it was fine for the one night I stayed]. There were noisy industrial fans outside 24/7 which could be an issue on summer nights. (My stay was in October). Lights in corridor went off far too quickly but that’s a minor point.

Nothing, got a very bad vibe when I first arrived. It took 20mins to find the property and the owner didn't respond to any of my questions.

Avoid.

The place is cheap - but knowing what I know now I would not have booked it.

The location is very sketchy. You access the flat through an industrial back alley with trash everywhere, through a narrow, poorly lit and run-down corridor. I did not feel safe parking my car near the flat, and left it on a nearby, brightly lit street. The flat is in the back of the Londis, and while it looks reasonably clean it has not seen a vacuum in ages, hair and dirt everywhere, don't look at the mattress, there is haphazard painting, lights that are out or flicker, and a towel that looked like it still had blood on it.

The property looks like they just changed the bedding. Nothing else been clean in the room the noise stop you from sleeping the quality of the bedding is really poor if the property would be clean and bedding would be better quality and bed mattress would be better quality than the property wouldn’t be so bad the fridge making really loud noise and outside fun The price it’s really nice but with not a lot of effort the property would improve so much more

Fine as a crash pad but soulless

Very cheap. Spotlessly clean. Could do with some maintenance. It was £44.00 so can't complain too much.

Not possible to use the shower because the thermostat appears not to be working so only scorching hot water available. A bit tatty in places. No natural daylight. Windows out onto the back of another building no direct sunlight. Fine for a crash pad but a bit soulless.

Nice little apartment. Handy location for main roads and public transport

Nice clean flat. Pretty well equipped quite spacious and decent decor. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Good wifi and big tv. Comms via WhatsApp worked well enough. Did have a brief chat with friendly sounding owner on phone.beforehand

The surrounding yard area rather scruffy. Somewhat overgrown and litter strewn. Flat is behind a row of shops so it's quite messy outside Not suitable for sitting out and nowhere else close by to relax outside

Brillant customer service, excellent facilities, lovely housekeeper - all round great stay.

The property is extremely well managed. The manager and housekeeper tended to every single request without any hiccups. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. I will be staying here everytime I visit Nottingham, and would recommend others to do the same. 10/10

The flat was good and reasonably clean. There's a mini supermarket very close which was handy. The tram service was also close.
