Cleanliness, facilities and location.
I’m 65, on the fourth floor, five flights of stairs in all and the lift was out of order!

Around the corner from Nottingham Castle, short walk to City Centre and 10 minutes from train station. Wifi is excellent.
1st impression is horrible as entrance is surrounded by trash and garbage bins. The lift doesn’t work, which becomes an issue for upper floors as there is also a mezzanine level before the 1st floor (2nd for Americans), so 4th floor is actually 6 above entry. Had to change units as 1st one had shower so bad that is leaked heavily through wall into living space. Luckily the on staff site was able to change to another studio. though that shower was very difficult to get from scolding hot.
