The smell of smoke from the room was over welming, we couldn't stay in the room. The room looked ok on first appearance but there was evidence of drug use in the room.

Not what we expected. Advertised as an apartment but was just onr small room

Clean and easy to find, also provided a fan

Advertised as a one bedroom apartment but was actually just a small room with a smaller en suite shower and toilet. Smaller than any hotel room even. Only one mug, glass, chair and set of cutlery. ( I booked for two guests) No crockery/cookware and no oven ( a microwave and fridge only). Table with kettle on was nowhere near a plug and I had to plug it in on the floor. Was told parking was opposite but that parking was full and we had to park ages away.

If door was fixed and room fully cleaned I would probably stop again.

Mostly clean. Area was fine. Bed was comfy.

There was food left in the fridge from previous guests. The door looks like it has been booted off before, my Mrs didn’t feel 100% safe leaving our valuables in there. The bathroom light was barely working.

It’s perfect value for money. Very easy to reach the centre and very good parking on road!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The room was a good temperature but also had a fan and a heater available to use which was helpful.

The booking was for two of us, but we found only one singular knife, fork and spoon.

Undisturbed stay at clean comfort apartments.

Location was as I had expected, closure to my daughter's place.

I did not meet anyone during check-in or check-out. The room was open. I was allocated a room on the second floor where the stairs were steep.

Don’t expect to get what you paid for

It was clean.

I paid for a ground floor apartment. When I got to property it was a top floor single room something I didn’t pay for at all when I got to the property I had to call the host to which he then said there was an issue with my booking not explaining what then he gave me access no less than 2 mins later in a completely different room than what was booked.

socketless in Radford

clean and with good facilities, quiet

only one socket in room and it was next to the door, do even though there was a bedside light and kettle and tv and wifi royter you cant use them all at once. the bedside it is particularly useless with no befside socket to plug it into. very steep stairs
