The communication with the host was excellent. I loved that I could park the car outside and that I could view it from the window. It was in a quiet street and close to Aldi and Sainsburys while being on the route into town centre. Of all the places I have stayed while travelling, this was the most considerate for the traveller - thoughtful snacks and drinks, wonderful layout, comfortable seating area and bed, great shower, all necessary appliances. A big congratulations to the host.

On arrival the flat was very clean and welcoming, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay .
There was also a little hamper with crisps biscuits etc which was really nice and a couple off beers in the fridge.
The owner was easy to contact which which was really nice and messages the day before with the key safe code and WiFi password. I travel to Nottingham alot and this was by far one off the best stays I've had and beats staying in a hotel

Stayed for nearly 2 weeks. Balco was a very friendly host. Respects the guest's privacy while at the same time being available to deal with any questions/problems 24/7. There were some minor tecnical issues which were solved fast, and Host was always putting the effort to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Really close to a lot of supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsbury, Go4Fresh) so you have plenty to choose from for groceries.
The Apartment is well equiped with washing and dryer machines, kitchen utensils, fridge, freezer, Iron for clothes, blow drier.
All in all, good value for money.
P.S. Was nice to arrive for the first time and have a fridge full of goodies, a nice touch.
The apartment has some noisy neighbours which can be tiring sometimes, but the pros outweight the cons.
