1 Bed @ Factory Quater - Chard St

Location is great .quiet street .2min walk to supermarkets and bus stop to town centre .2min walk to pub or 10 min walk to another one. .Everything you needed well equipped clean kitchen included washer and dryer..Bed comfortable ,very large wardrobe .Lots of extras included. . Wifi large tv . Dont be put off by area it really is very quiet and safe We are in our 70s and had no problems. The response from owner on an inquiry.was very prompt. Very clear instructions about location and key pickup..

The sofa was VERY very uncomfortable. It really needs replacing it was like sitting on floor .Odd bits of diy ,half or no bolts on some door .Strange sguare cut out on bottom of bathroom door base of shower unit needs tidying up . Really wobbly dining chair. Just really needs a bit of attention to detail.

Good vibe, I can cook a proper meal in the kitchen, hot water comes real quick when I need, cozy bed, enough space for living room, landlord responses really quick and polite.

The bathroom is too small, footsteps are heard from upstairs at bedtime.

Nice and quiet area with good facilities close by and good communication from the owner.

Just a little bit too far out from the city centre so had to use Uber a lot.

Very easy instructions and key box on wall. The bed was sooooooo comfy. One of the best I’ve slept in. The location for parking was good. The facilities were enough. Nice to have a sofa. Really nice that it was cool enough given how hot the temp was outside. Lots of windows for ventilation. Two small bottles of water were in the fridge and two coffee sachets. Great to have a washer and dryer.

Only one plate and it was a side plate. Ants were a constant issue. There was a strange smell to the property. Possibly old smoke. But the room smell plug in was empty. I was on my own so that’s fine but one of the dining chairs is dangerously fragile and starts to collapse. Noisey neighbour upstairs. Only someone with a family but constant creaking and noise. Fine in the night though and I had earplugs. Lots of noise outside but couldn’t hear that much. Also there’s an industrial unit that backs onto two walls which was noisey each day.
