Unpleasant stay
Location
For 2 days of my stay was no electricity. Tried to call the number, but there was no answer. Send a message that's when a guy came.i was told there's a leak in my shower that caused electricity to trip. I was told not to use the shower. Another option was to go to another building few minutes away.

Great room, friendly and helpful host.
The host was extremely accommodating and helpful when I left an item in the room after our stay. The room itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. Location is ideal as it is 2 minutes from the tramline straight into Nottingham. I have now stayed here twice and I have really enjoyed this room, I will be booking this room again when I’m back in Nottingham.

Very old building situated in the area which is very dirty. The shower is very difficult to adjust to a suitable temperature, it either very cold or very hot! The drainage in the wash basin is very very slow. Not recommended unless you have not enough budget!
