Modern 2-Bed Apartment in Central Portsmouth

Estava tudo ótimo, a localização muito top, pertinho de tudo.

Não tem o que não gostei, a acomodação me serviu bastante. Somente faltou mais toalha de banho. Mais de restou tudo Ok.

Location, standard of amenity, underground parking included. Comfortable and clean.

Check in was not smooth. Can’t access car park until access to apartment gained as parking key fob in apartment. Not clear where to park whilst trying to find apartment. Not clear where exact apartment is as postcode takes you to the car park entrance yet apartment is at other side of building. A map could suffice.Once finally located apartment having parked nearby, access to apartment is via 2 security locks - front door to block and apartment. Door is very stiff and needs fixing as had to call host who advised apartment door needs a good push to open. Fortunately we were a party of two so one could park whilst the other gained access obtaining the key fob then could open gate and allow car to enter.

Perfect location, modern clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!!!

Location excellent. It was actually very quiet although during the afternoon the playground opposite was very full! The sofas in the living room were comfortable. The bed linen and towels were very soft and smelt good!

There were almost no instructions to: put on TV to free view channels, operate the dishwasher etc. instructions for leaving garbage were a little brief- we left the items for recycling on the top but…. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of badly stacked dishes and saucepans which were still dirty. It looked as if they had just been rinsed rather than washed. We had to re-stack and wash properly with tablet to get clean cutlery etc.The top of the stove smelt and despite trying to clean it, remained rather dirty. There were no non-slip pads or mat in the bathroom so use of shower was rather dangerous. The top was off one of the taps in the bath. Getting into the flat was difficult as the door needed a very strong shove, (also the door to second bedroom). The small table was ok, there were only two dining chairs, one of which was wonky! As the living room French windows looked straight on to the ground level, some blinds or nylon curtains would have been beneficial, as there was no privacy.
