Spacious two bedrooms apartment for business and holiday

Excellent location for the Guildhall, Gunwharf or the quayside. Good, secure parking.

Lack of lounge seating…flat is set up for 4 people. Seating only for 3 people.

We loved the spacious apartment. Perfect location for our requirements. Just right for a short break away.

No instructions on how to use the hob and oven. If we were staying longer we would of required more drawer space in the bedrooms. Lounge seating only enough for 3 people.

This is a really nice apartment, easy to find and great having a parking space. The flat is comfortable, clean & roomy with lots of light. The kitchen had all you needed to cook a meal & have breakfast with plenty of soaps etc.. there was plenty of storage for clothes & belongings, with extra towels, pillows & supplies in the cupboards. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the flat on the second floor, so may be tricky if you have reduced mobility. The keypad entry system for the doors works well and it's good not to worry about remembering keys - as long as you keep note of the codes of course! The location is excellent, just around the corner from the Historic Dockyard (and a great chip shop), Portsmouth Harbour station and comfortable walking distance to Gunwharf Quays & restaurants and more in the opposite direction toward Guildhall. Even though it's a built up area it was very quiet in the evenings & early morning, would choose to stay here again.

I felt that a bit more attention could be paid to cleaning the nitty gritty corners of the flat, and would have liked larger towels. A welcome basket would be a nice touch also, just coffee/sugar/snack & cold drinks for the first day/morning.
