Lack of shelving / hook on the back of the door in the bathrooms. A mirror in 'ensuite bedroom' near a plug would have been helpful. The hall floor lighting not turning off at night.

Location was excellent for Portsmouth historic dockyard. Well appointed 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat with own parking space. Good communications with host.
Just minor details. Lounge furniture could be updated. Towels need updating. Parking is in basement- lone female travellers should be aware of this.

Very spacious apartment, well equipped, easy access and free secure parking.
The location provided easy/walking access to the docks and plenty of restaurants and pubs.
One evening there was a massive group of youths out in the carpark shouting and partying at 3am for some time which disrupted sleep but this wasn't a reflection on the property itself.

The space, and layout was good. For a multi occupancy building the sound from other apartments was acceptable. Everything you needed was accessible. The space for parking is in the lower deck, the complex is a gated community.
The WiFi was poor - sorry but in today's manic world of the internet and TV steaming its not strong enough. When watching a program on one of the apps on the TV it kept buffering. When searching on the laptop it was very slow.

The flat was lovely and clean ..great location.secure parking a bonus also letting us park early before 3pm. My only negative is it would be more comfy in the lounge with 2 x 2 seaters. Beds were very comfi. Great communication with the owner ..

Location and facilities. Parking was really easy and flat felt well equipped and spacious. Access and dealings with owner were simple and well organised.
There was a strong smell of smoke in the corridor, and there was quite a large build up of limescale around the showerheads and bath.

Great little flat, good parking and fantastic location so close to the historic dock yards. Everything worked well and all the things like spare towels, spare pillows and kitchen essentials were all there.
The communal areas weren't great, could do with a good deep clean. Also, the flat could do with a good clean in the corners and hard to reach areas.

It was probably a one off but we had to paddle through 3 or 4 cm of water (over the soles of our shoes) in the garage to get from the car to the flat. There had been heavy downpours a few days before but it hadn’t drained away.

Close location to historic dockyard and swimming pool.
Outside door to apartments was difficult to open, all residents were having problems. Seemed someone may have tried to use a wrong key and this had damaged lock.

Property situated in good location, easy to walk to all parts of Portsmouth, plus there was a bus stop not far from the property if required.
Good kitchen facilities, with all white goods you could need.
Excellent secure parking.
En suite shower room could do with freshening up, shower doors and surrounds need attention.

The property was only a short walk from the Historic Dockyard so was very convenient also there was private parking attached to the property.
For a one night stay this property is probably ok but if you are staying longer there are a few problems.
Overnight is fine but there needs to be some more attention to details for longer stays. Such as: -
• The fans in the kitchen and bathrooms do not work
• The curtains in the lounge are hemmed with staples and most of them are falling out
• The area in front of the French windows in the lounge needs re painting
• There is no storage space. There are wardrobes with two doors in each of the bedrooms but one has no shelving units therefore nowhere to store clothes unless you can hang them. In the on-suite room there are shelves but they are filled with 6 pillows and 4 blankets. Surely there is space in the other cupboards in the hall way for these items, Also, there is only one bedside table per room so someone must leave their stuff on the floor.
• The radiators in both bathrooms are rusty along the bottom and exceedingly dusty when looking through the grating.
• The mirror in the main bathroom, at some time, had a shelf the brackets are still there and the base of the mirror where the shelf was is all ruined.
• The shower head in the on-suite is awful, it has a lot of limescale on it which is going black.
• There are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang anything up.
• We had to have the window open in the on-suite because of the smell of drains
• The overflows in both bathrooms are really dirty and the plug on the shower in the on-suite was also dirty when the plug cover was removed. It also took a while to drain away.
• The duvets covers look a bit tired and dull.
• We could not get the phone entry system to work – this may have just been us
• The toilet seat in the on-suite has obviously been changed and the new one does not fit properly, it moves about and makes a clanging noise when you sit on it.
• Some of the paintwork need to be tided up it is looking a bit dirty.

Fantastic location, less than 10 minutes walk from Gun Wharf and Old Portsmouth. Apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Bonus for us as 2 single women was having 2 bathrooms!

A very good little find with private parking and easy to use entry system.
Quite a warm 3rd floor flat so had bedroom window opened at night.
Unfortunately the seagulls were very noisy at dawn otherwise generally it was very quiet.
It would be good to have an anti slip mat in the onsuite shower.

Clean, nice size of apartment in good location. Together with my family, we had everything we asked for. Especially travelling with 12 weeks old baby. Very good communication how to get keys etc. On request owner provided cot. Definitely highly recommending.

Great apartment, modern and well decorated. Really spacious with bathroom and separate en-suite. Cleaning items available, plenty of kitchen ware with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer. Parking space in basement. Apart from the seagulls, really quiet and didn’t hear any other neighbours.
The internal hallways were a bit concerning with graffiti all over the walls; plus items dumped outside. Didn’t give a good first impression but that doesn’t reflect the quality of the actual apartment.
TV remote was a bit temperamental with freeview.

Good location, easy instructions, clean, spacious, all in all, good value. Entrance stairwell is untidy but the flat itself is immaculate so close your eyes past that bit, its fine when you get in.
Shower in main bathroom is pitiful, a trickle of water at best, use the one in the en-suite its better. Entrance stairwell is a little off-putting as someone has graffiti the walls of the ground floor up, oh and it's stairs up two floors so if that's difficult for you, forget it.

The appartment was convenient for one night. The stairs (2nd floor) were too much for me, but everything you need was present. Basic kitchen, comfortable beds, and bathroom. Restaurants and train station are nearby.

The host met us at the main gate when we arrived, parking was excellent, and the stay was great, the property was really central for what we wanted and extremely quiet.
