Lift broken and being 72 and 2 large bags had to climb 4 flights of stairs with no help.The fridge was too small .No cupboard to put our stuff on in the bathroom or by the fridge.

The sliding doors people could see in. The walkways were grubby. We looked at the back of a building. There was one little table and chair for 6 rooms. 3 mismatched cups. Nothing on the walls

Water temperature was erratic, lukewarm one day, last day we had cold showers. Lifts weren’t working, had to take bags up 4 flights of stairs.

Name board states 'Vienna Suites'. Aircon not connected. Dodgy 'work lift' being used as passenger lift. Milk left out in the sun. Bar fridge placed on top of a shaky cabinet.

Not a good experience spending a night there

No breakfast provided.

The cleanliness. 1. Walls in bathroom and in room had stains at places. 2. Mirror in room had tons of dust on it. 3. Bathroom sink had buildup around plug hole. 4. Skirting bit dusty No Cold Water: The water was very hot. Upon asking the lady said keep it running for a while and it will be cold. Spent hours to figure out how to get cold water. However, it was not working every time.

Budget price = (very) budget facilities

Bed was comfortable. Location was good, insofar as it was close to the beach. I think the current owners/managers are updating the place (possibly a backpacker hostel previously) but there is a long way to go!

Where do I start? Communal kitchen and "lounge" were decidedly grotty! Something odd with the plumbing: only hot water came out of both hot and cold taps. Hairdryer in bathroom fixed to wall but not connected to electricity supply. Mould in bathroom. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes.

Location was great. Bathroom was new and clean.

Room was very hot. No air conditioning. The rooms have units, property will not let them operate. Management would not let me cancel even though I pointed out the air conditioning in the room pictures. It was summer. Unless you like to sleep in 32C, it is miserable. Windows and door had to remain open all night. So, we got bugs and sound from the bar next door and the guests partying in the parking lot. Good times. TV defaults to Chinese cable, which has some English language shows, but local cable sound doesn't work. Management basically mocked our concerns.

The location is excellent. The shower was great, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. A microwave is available in room , and there is a shared kitchen, which is very convenient and well maintained. The balcony is very nice and perfect for sitting in the evening, relaxing, and having a pleasant chat.

On hot days, a good fan or air conditioning is required, but the fan provided was not sufficient. There is no lift access to the second floor, so if you are travelling with someone who has difficulty using stairs, it is better to book a first -floor room , as lift access is only available up to the first floor.

Very lovely owner created my husband and I on arrival plenty of parking and right by the beautiful beach - it’s got beautiful bars just a walks away from your room, the bed was super comfortable and very true to size we booked a Dulux king room. Amazing tv - we definitely will be staying for our quick trips home.

Mega improvements required before being even considered to be near adequate.

It was clean and it had good toilet paper. That’s it.

The property was still undergoing renovations. The room was incomplete. The water was too hot or warm. No cold water. Shower rail for shower curtain was present but no shower curtain. Room looked nothing like the photos. The address provided was incorrect, the name was not quite the same as listed and there was no-one there on our arrival. Oh, and the TV was locked out in a foreign language and there was a kettle but no coffee cups. There was one tea bag and one coffee sachet and unmarked bottles of what we could only assume to be water.
