Outstanding B&B!

A fabulous B&B. Extremely comfortable and with outstanding hosts in Phil and Wendy who went out of their way to welcome us. The breakfast was superb with home made muffins and jams and eggs any which way. We would highly recommend this establishment and would return in a heartbeat if we were ever in Paihia.

A fantastic location to experience the beautiful Bay of Islands

The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the wharf. The hosts were friendly and shared their local knowledge, which was a great help. The room and facilities were very comfortable, and both well appointed and very clean. The outlook from the room was picturesque, looking out onto the lovely pool area and the beautiful bushland. The breakfasts were delicious and substantial, there was plenty of choice , and we loved the freshly baked friands that we took with us on our journey each day.

What a wonderful place to stay. Our hosts Wendy and Phil went the extra mile in accomodating and helping us. The breakfast was superb. We loved our unit and the stay was quiet and serene.

Helpful hosts - big room - very clean - excellent shower - nice breakfast with lots of choices. Being able to do a clothes wash was really helpful. All in all super stay - recommended.

Might be a small for some so worth noting that the property is at the top of a hill and is some 10 / 15 walk from the “centre”.

Beautiful welcoming hosts

Excellent from arrival, Wendy and Phil are lovely welcoming hosts, beautiful spotless home with great views and excellent facilities, comfy private and spacious rooms and bathrooms plus communal lounge area, outdoor seating, fabulous breakfast with lots of choices made to order homemade baked goods, jams & marmalade all delicious. High on the hill overlooking the bay a little out of town but that adds to the attraction. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

Just a little out of town. Would need a taxi back if out late or could walk but road not lit up so torch is provided.
