The close proximity to Paihia town to visit shops and restaurants, the beaches, the ferry across to Russell, and the historical sites in the area.

The wi-fi signal wasn't great, so the children couldn't watch TV in the evenings.

The rooms need air conditioning & bathroom needs mop or extra towels for wet floors after shower.

Location was great. Setting in rooms were good & beds were comfortable.

No air conditioning. Was a little unbearable without air con. Leaving the windows open was not an option as there were no security/safety stays on windows. The bathroom was too small for an open shower set up. There was no mop or extra towels to wipe floor after showers. The little inconveniences added for an uncomfortable stay.

Location and Comfort. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, all the necessities. While the rooms are dated, they are comfortable and spacious and clean. Great value. Would stay there again.

Just comments not criticisms. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower would be a nice addition. Not a deal breaker but becoming more common with accommodation offerings now. A slightly bigger table in the room would be a good addition. While the table worked with one person there wasn't a lot of space, two people would struggle.

Staff was very friendly. This was the second time we stayed here. Rooms are awesome, staff friendly as. Parking right outside your rooms. They accommodated us with what I had requested. We can walk everywhere no need to drive, everythi g is within walking distance. Its great, we will be back again

The best thing about motel was the bed was very comfortable.

Key to room did not lock door, Had a big problem with using the TV, could not watch any of the channels. It appeared to be pay only viewing, not happy. Did I complain to management NO, should have I complained YES, will I stay again NO.

very quiet location, privacy, and very well sound proofed units. Absolutely spotless, beautifully presented room. Parking and outdoor area top class and so clean. Very well lit courtyard and stairwell to upstairs Units.
