Central Piacenza.
Perfect location, steps from the main square, in a renovated building with good security. Nice cosy apartment but quite roomy due to the loft bedroom. Downstairs bathroom was big including a washing machine. . Kitchen was quite large including a dishwasher. Any issues were fixed quick and easy. All in all an enjoyable stay.
The furniture is quite dated and mismatched. The bed upstairs is very firm and could use a topper. Plenty of space over to put in a lounge or sofa bed. Kitchen utensils again mismatched but most things were there. No electric kettle and no toaster. Paid public parking is available 30m away or free parking 12 minute walk at the railway station.

Posizione super centrale. Appartamento molto grande e spazioso con due bagni. Casa molto calda e accogliente. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile.
Appena arrivati il proprietario ci ha avvisati che di fronte all' appartamento c'è un locale dove i giovani fanno serata e che quindi probabilmente (considerando il piano terra e la tipologia di finestre) avremmo sentito... effettivamente avendo soggiornato venerdì e sabato, entrambe le sere il locale è stato aperto fino a tardi. Per chi ha un sonno leggero forse potrebbe essere un po' complicato dormire...proprio per mettere i puntini sulle i, metterei un divano nel soggiorno per rendere più confortevole la visione della TV.

Ottimo appartamento in centro Piacenza.
Ottima posizione, molto bello l'appartamento con cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici.
Mancavano i canovacci in cucina, le presine e scolapasta, visto la presenza di una cucina sono cose che non devono mancare. Da gettare il porta rotolo del bagno perchè arrugginito, sostituire il termosifone del bagno per lo stesso motivo. Manca un divano.

Emplacement parfait!
Emplacement parfait et appartement atypique très joli. L'hôte a été très réactif. Nous avons réservé au dernier moment et il est venu tout de suite nous ouvrir. Très sympa!
Il y a un bar juste devant les fenêtres alors prévoir des boules quiès si vous êtes sensibles. Pour nous ça n'a pas été un problème.
