The most unpleasant experience I had with booking.com reservations. I do not know who rated this apartment with 9.0, I consider those as fake reviews!!! I could not even breathe there because of strong smell of cigarettes. It was extremely dirty, the furniture broken (the kitchen), all household appliances are dirty, smelly, the bathrooms were horrible, it was scary to touch anything. It was disgusting to touch every centimetre of the flat. It was a real nightmare. We checked out at 8 am because we wanted to leave that apartment ASAP. In case we arrived earlier in the town, I would find anything else to stay the night… but we did not have such option. I felt bad the whole next day, because the smell of that stinking apartment was in my chest.

Ahhoz képest, hogy a Booking kiírta, hogy az ár tartalmazza a helyi adót, az ember újra elkérte tőlem a 2 eurót. Ennyire rosszul megy???? A kádas fürdőszobában nem sikerült meleg vizet találni, de legalább WC papír sem volt ott...

Posizione ottima per visitare piacenza, comodi i due bagni e casa molto spaziosa. C'era tutto il necessario per casa.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la lavastoviglie, che secondo me è da pulire un pò meglio/fare manutenzione.
