Perfection in Piacenza

Great organisation. Francesco welcomed us and explained everything in detail. Beautiful accommodation with everything necessary for a short comfortable stay. Location perfect. Railway a 10 minute walk. Bus station more or less across the road. Historic centre walkable too. The best short term accommodation that we have booked for a short stay. (3 nights in our case). Just perfect in every way. Great bathroom , with lots of towels and super clean , a wonderfully comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen area. We would definitely book again.

Great little place

There is a nice flow to the appartmant and it has everything you might need, very thoughtfully arranged. Spotless. Caring host. Great location if you plan to use train/bus.

The neighbourhood seems a bit shady. Personally we didn’t experience anything bad, but we felt a bit uneasy at the street. The building itself felt safe.

Not a good location.

The location is not good for a woman staying alone. Several locals of Piacenza indicated that this is the roughest part of the city and in recent times there has been a lot of crime. They strongly recommended that I not walk to the proper alone at night as it is not safe. This obviously made me very concerned and I decided to leave the property and stay in the centre close by to my work venue and colleagues.

Beautiful stay in Piacenza

We had a lovely time with my wife in Piacenza. Our host Francesco was very kind and helpful. Parking place in our building. Nice balcony and the beds were very comfy. WIFI working properly. We will surely come back! Quite recommended!

Next time we will surely ask for more fresh towels, coffee and toilet paper.

Lovely, well equipped apartment. Like home - as its name says.

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment. You can see the love and care in all details. Nice and spacious bathroom, with soft towels, soap, even toothbrush provided. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, milk frother (!). Huge balcony. Working wifi, Netflix, even washing machine. We enjoyed it very much. It is not in the centre, but Piacenza is small. Lidl and other shops are in 200-400 metres.

Nothing bad to tell. The bed was a bit too soft in the middle for us. Maybe the mattress could be turned over. But maybe it is comfortable for all other guests, so it is only our taste.

A cool small flat with really nice design. All you need is in place: fridge, table, balcony, ... The host was also very friendly. Some 15-20 minutes walk from central locations.

If you check after 8 pm, you need to get in touch with the host in advance, but otherwise no problem at all.

Very nice studio apartment. The owners have thought of everything. They are also very thorough at check-in. The apartment is uniquely decorated and every centimeter of space is optimized for a very comfortable visit to Piacenza.

Molto carino e accogliente -staff gentile ed accogliente. Il parcheggio si trova nel piazzale del condominio, nelle ore del pomeriggio potrebbe essere difficoltoso dato dai negozi ma la sera si trova senza problemi

Sehr netter Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, sodass vor Ort gekocht werden kann, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir haben uns durch die Lage der Wohnung teilweise etwas unsicher gefühlt, unter anderem, da uns der Gastgeber sofort von dem Besuch einer Bar/ eines Cafés direkt gegenüber abriet, was dazu beitrug, dass es uns ein mulmiges/ unwohles Gefühl in der Umgebung gab. Auf dem Fußweg zu nahegelegenen Supermärkten (Esselunga, Lidl) wären wir Nachts ungerne unterwegs gewesen. Die Gegend schien uns daher für Abendspaziergänge nichts zu sein. Hausrat, wie Klopapier & Mülltüten waren zu knapp vorhanden. Insgesamt empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mäßig.
