Safe, reasonably clean, average. Dim and minimalist.

Comfortable enough for a short stay, and lt safe. Owner was responsive to preliminary questions. And the flat was clean if minimal. (See critique below]

Rating: This flat is a solid 6, maybe a 7. It is no way an 8.7 (the rating when I booked it). I'm not saying the ratings are faked. But they are certainly questionable. I've booked dozens (maybe over a hundred) places on Booking.com...from hostels to very nice hotels. Also a few dozen more on AirBnB. I've stayed in both average and very highly rated places. This flat, while clean and safe, is basically average. Dark: At night or with balcony shutters closed, it's dim. Only one overhead light bulb worked (out of 2 or 3). The "closet" has no light, just a hole cut in the ceiling to let light through (the site's photo showing bright light from the closet has to have a lamp within). The overhead cable, as with the bedside lamp, is just exposed cord, seemingly makeshift). Bathroom access: The site photo does not show it, but the washer blocks access to the bathroom, so you have maybe 20" clearance to enter. Awkward if you are not especially slim. (See my photo) Balcony: The view from the balcony is depressing, at best. Opens to dirty tiled roofs and the courtyard tables of an apparent bar that was fortunately closed when I was there. The small area itself is dark and less than clean. Dishes and cooking; Minimal, at best. Two small water glasses, no wine glasses. No dish towel or paper towels. Silverware and dishes are cheap and minimal. The gas stove does not have a pilot light, and the handheld lighter available was out of fuel. The spark it generates worked to light the gas, but don't try this if you don't know what you are doing (it could be dangerous). The microwave and pots and pans for cooking are just leftover stuff the owner probably replaced at home (see my photos). The pans still had old grease and stains on them. Access: A long walk from the station. I don't drive, so can't speak to parking.

Good place with lots of bars etc neanby

This is essentially an apartment offer. It was great for a night on the Via Francigena. It had all the facilities we needed and we got a good nights sleep. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby so it was easy to get breakfast. We did not meet the host as access was arranged via a lockbox but it worked quite well. The only problem we had was working out which flat in the block was ours for the night. Its a little way from the centre of the city but the price reflects this.

Nice studio close to the city centre

The studio is 10 mins walk to Piacenza's city centre. We did not have problems in finding a parking space at a walking distance from the flat, but keep in mind that is free only overnight (which is to be expected as it is near the city centre). It was a good find for an overnight stay. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom adequate. Agnese was also very responsive.

Easy check it with good instructions, well equipped kitchen and Netflix was good.

The place wasn't very clean. the bathroom especially, toilet not flushed and lots of hair in the bath plughole. Communicated this to the owner who really wasn't bothered, just sent me some picture of it clean.

A fine property for its money+digital detox

It was rather clean, there were all of the listed facilities, the check in was seamless. The host is very friendly and eager to help. We had a malfunctioning water heater and the host did everything she could to fix it in the fastest manner. We have also asked for a washing gel and got it the next morning by the door. The host was also very careful not to come in while we were outdoors.

The Wi-Fi coverage was poor, it only worked by the front door. The washing machine was dirty inside.

Modern Apartment in a good location. Very grateful they let me check in early on a hot day. Host is just a phone call away.

More attention needed to ensure dishes and coffee machine were clean and that air conditioner remote had working batteries. Pretty weak wifi.

Fine room for the price

The kitchen is very good for cooking. The shower is comfortable too. The lady is very nice.

The room smelled like cigarette, and the sheets too. The parking spot is outside and its not the hotel's parking place. The mattress is very soft and bouncy

Disappointing errors in basic service that were unnecessary

The location

No one who owned an interest in the business was there to greet us. The “next door neighbour” doing the job was inadequately briefed. Internet for me is vital. It didn’t exist in practice for us. Responses to our telephone calls after the first initial call were ignored. A pity. The City is a neglected but welcoming location. .. a change from the route via Verona … which is also good. The problem was we were ignored, so literally none of our questions or basic facility expectations were handled. One further issue … the booking was made under the clear assumption that we had a secure place to park the car due to the fact that we were carrying a lot of effects on route to Greece from France. After about 2 hours we found a public secure park. So. All the facilities were probably available but in reality were unaccessible due to the lack of consideration given to our requirements and booking.

un monolocale ben attrezzato a 15 minuti dal centro di Piacenza. Cucina ben arredata e spazi ottimi.

la macchina del caffe con le cialde. Ambiente caldo e letto comodo. Prodotti per la pulizia delle stoviglie. check in automatizzato. in 15 minuti sei in Piazza Cavalli. parcheggio comodo a pagamento mentre un po piu complicato per la ricerca di quello gratuito.

la pulizia delle pareti non era perfetta in fatti si vedevano delle ragnatele. la tv non si sintonizzava bene tutti i canali nonostante abbia provato manualmente.

Dovendo assistere un parente in ospedale, non poteva essere in posizione migliore. E' comunque in prossimità del centro, con tutti i servizi a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi.

Appartamento carino e tranquillo

L'appartamento è ottimo, meglio di come appare in foto, e le critiche di alcuni ospiti mi sono parse decisamente esagerate. Ottima la possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento tramite un termostato molto efficiente. Letto comodo, cucina completa, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, anche un piccolo terrazzino. Nessun rumore.

Nel box doccia manca una mensola dove appoggiare saponi etc. Il parcheggio gratuito più vicino, molto grande, non è vicinissimo alla struttura (10 minuti a piedi). Nel fine settimana, comunque, si può parcheggiare nei posti blu circostanti.

Posizione vicina al centro, letto super comodo e piccolo balcone con vista carina

Utensili da cucina sporchi e usurati, lenzuola macchiate e la doccia perdeva acqua in quanto le ante non si chiudevano bene.

Buona soluzione a due passi dal centro di Piacenza

Camera in ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro. Il prezzo non è particolarmente economico se relazionato alla stanza in sé, ma sicuramente vantaggioso rispetto alle altre opzioni nello stesso periodo e zona. Gentili e cortesi i proprietari

Il bagno è di dimensioni contenute, la doccia in particolare. Consigliamo ai proprietari di mettere un po' di silicone al bidet, ci vuole veramente un attimo, altrimenti traballa tutto e rende difficoltoso l'utilizzo. Pulizia un po' approssimativa, tranne che per gli effetti letterecci e gli asciugamani in generale, sicuramente puliti a dovere.

Ampia. Bel balconcino esposto sul verde del retro. Buona posizione rispetto al centro. Tetto mansarda to molto alto con travi a vista. Condizionatore ben funzionante.

Doccia molto stretta che non chiude bene e bagna fuori. Non c’era lo zucchero. Per gusto personale… materasso in lattice troppo morbido e coprimaterasso non piacevole al tatto.

Funzionale e pulito

Il monolocale è a dir poco perfetto, le dimensioni della cucina e del bagno sono adeguate , la fornitura di elettrodomestici è ottimale (Piano a induzione, forno, microonde, frigo capiente, asciugacapelli), ho soggiornato nella stanza chiamata Mozart ed è provvista di un balcone coperto davvero carino. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono due supermercati (600 metri) una pizzeria da asporto (220 metri) un bar accanto al portone e un ristorante cinese immediatamente di fronte. Se mi sarà possibile soggiornerò qui ogni volta che dovrò tornare a Piacenza!
