Everything was perfect, we have absolutely no complaints

Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and all had air conditioning, which we really appreciated during the hot days. The location of the accommodation was great – we could easily walk to the city center with a lovely stroll, and there were shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was already prepared and very tasty, which was a nice touch to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony. We had no problem finding a parking spot right in front of the house. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and smooth. We definitely recommend this place.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, stilvoll und trotzdem sehr praktisch. Die Betten sind extrem bequem, und unser Gastgeber war jederzeit aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als Willkommensgruß fanden wir einen Weihnachtsbaum mit Lichtern vor. Das war eine liebevolle Geste, die uns nach der langen Anreise richtig gut getan hat. Die Sauberkeit war top, das Haus großzügig, und der Check-in funktionierte problemlos und völlig unkompliziert. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen!

La propreté et le désigne de l’appartement et la décoration

Pas de machine à laver et de ne pas accéder à une place de parking facilement. Parking à proximité gratuit de 19h à 9h du matin. Pas très gênant vu la qualité de l’appartement.

Super huisje op een fijne locatie met een super host.

Het hele huis was fijn, voorzien van alle gemakken, schoon, ruim, licht, makkelijk bereikbare host. Het centrum is op loopafstand.

Parkeren. Ondanks dat er aangegeven wordt dat er in de buurt genoeg (gratis) parkeerplek is, konden wij niet in de buurt een plekje vinden, dit was op minimaal 5 minuten lopen. Dit komt waarschijnlijk omdat het midden in het centrum is.

Un petit coin de paradis.

L’appartement en duplex était merveilleux. La décoration très soignée, beaucoup de charme. Une magnifique terrasse très chaleureuse. Un accueil formidable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner. La literie était très confortable. Le cœur historique de Plaisance était tout proche.

Très bien pour visiter la ville en une étape

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la ville ; il est beau, propre et bien équipé. Des attentions de la part du propriétaire comme les fleurs fraiches. Il était très facile de communiquer avec Roberto par messages.

On aurait aimé voir le propriétaire, c'est toujours plus sympathique. Un peu de bruit la nuit à cause du restaurant au-dessous et du peu d'isolation phonique. Mais Roberto avait mis des boules quies dans les chambres.

Perfekte Stadtwohnnung

Stadtwohnung, sauber, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, große Wohnung. Frühstück pragmatisch, Brötchen oder Croissants waren nicht dabei. Individueller italienischer Stil... für uns hat es für einen kKurztrip perfekt gepasst.

Leider etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber Preisleistung macht es sehr angenehm.
