170 € for one nignt is extortion. It was one of two properties available. Worth maybe 50€. If i had know I wold have kept driving to another town

Comfortable and having a good position.

The appartment was cozy, clean and neat and having all the necessary. The city center isn't that far and can be reached by walk. The parking is fairly close and not that expensive.

Perfect stop over place in Piacenza.

Fantastic location. Nice size flat which was ideal for the two of us.

fantastic location - pragmatic - pet friendly

excellent location to explore beautiful Piacenza; very convenient due to self check in; host was in touch through WhatsApp and seemed very nice and supportive; email communication right after booking was professional and helpful ; great with pets (in our case three Labs)

It’s not the most charming place ever and probably not the best choice for a romantic getaway - definitely more on the pragmatic side. However, it also doesn’t pretend to be anything it isn’t.

Perfect location, nice and modern self catering apartment

Very clean, spacious apartment with great size room and outdoor area. Close to central, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Very quite apartment, even been located near hospital, as well as very quite neighbourhood overall.

We have nothing to complain about.

Easy access & superb city Piacenza

Piacenza is fantastic small city! You will definitely love it! Easy to collect the keys, public car park 2 min from property - behind police station and costed only 1EUR per night!

It is located in old building so expect light smell & humidity in the rooms, but otherwise really comfy and nice spot.

Wij konden de verwarming in de badkamer opzetten, dat was aangenaam.

Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen Italiaans koffiemachine aanwezig was, enkel oploskoffie. Nogal donker. Redelijk basic ingericht.

Giusto compromesso per lavoro o svago.

Posizione eccellente, 2 minuti di passeggiata e siete in centro. Camera con cucina e bagno spazioso e ben tenuto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buona.

Probabilmente per via della sua posizione, siete praticamente a livello strada, entrando in camera c’è un odore di umidità poco gradevole.

Le possibilità e le istruzione per il parcheggio. Possibilità limitata e istruzioni non giusti! Poi con le sgabelli non era possibile di sedersi al tavolo: tavolo troppo basso, sgabello troppo alto. Come comodino serviva solo 1 poltrone.

Appartamento a piano terra con accesso al piccolo cortile, comodissimo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Vicino al centro città. Veramente bello.

Goeie locatie, praktisch ingericht

Toilet weinig ruimte voor lange mensen, bril zat los, doortrek systeem zat los. Eigenlijk was alles net te klein, de doucehoek, de wastafel, beetje krap allemaal.
