Non era prevista la colazione! La posizione dell'immobile è centrale, ma in ZTL e con difficoltà di parcheggio (Piacenza limita molto il transito nelle aree centrali ed il parcheggio è difficoltoso e costoso). L'appartamento ha ottime dotazioni impiantistiche (idriche e di condizionamento). ottimo l'arredo della cucina e dei servizi igienici (contenitori e cabine doccia)
Oltre alla penuria di parcheggi, è da evidenziare che l'immobile (antico e con appartamento al 2° piano) è privo di ascensore. Si rilevano alcune criticità strutturali (vibrazione di solaio in una stanza da letto). In uno dei due servizi igienici non era disponibile l'uso del w.c.
