Excellent value for money!

This place is great! Everything is beautiful and looks new. The appartment is very spacious with everything one may need (even a washing machine)! We found it very clean and comfortable. The bedroom is large and has many rangement possibilities. We also used the sofa in the living room. Even when opening it,there is still a lot of space around. The appartment is easy to reach and has a private parking. The communication before arrival was very easy and fluid. All was great!

Maybe the position: the appartment is 10min by car from the city center. But for us it was perfect because it is close to the highway exit.

Piacevole soggiorno

La posizione: tranquilla ma vicinissima a Piacenza e limitrofi posti di interesse; la presenza di gastronomia, bar, pizzeria e benzinaio nelle immediate vicinanze. Il fatto che l’appartamento è spazioso, pulito, ben tenuto e completo del necessario con arredamento nuovo e pratico. L’aria condizionata. La possibilità di parcheggio interno. Il giardinetto. L’ottima comunicazione.

Purtroppo le persiane non oscurano in modo sufficiente. Suggerirei alla proprietà l’aggiunta di tende scure o a voi di portarvi una mascherina se volete il buio.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e con tutti i confort. Deliziosa la pizzeria dall' altra parte della strada e molto fornito il salumificio accanto.

Wij zijn pelgrims en lopen van Nederland naar Rome. Dit appartement lag 200 m van de route en voldeed aan al onze wensen. Super comfortabel, een keuken met alle benodigdheden , een wasmachine en een heerlijk bed. Wat wil een mens nog meer.
