Great location for us, lovely to have air con in all rooms. fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with washing machine should you need it. great parking.
would help to a some shelves or hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, also would help to have some small table by sofa for cups & glass.

La posizione: tranquilla ma vicinissima a Piacenza e limitrofi posti di interesse; la presenza di gastronomia, bar, pizzeria e benzinaio nelle immediate vicinanze. Il fatto che l’appartamento è spazioso, pulito, ben tenuto e completo del necessario con arredamento nuovo e pratico. L’aria condizionata. La possibilità di parcheggio interno. Il giardinetto. L’ottima comunicazione.
Purtroppo le persiane non oscurano in modo sufficiente. Suggerirei alla proprietà l’aggiunta di tende scure o a voi di portarvi una mascherina se volete il buio.
