Very disappointed

The warm welcome and friendliness of the hotel staff. I was given two rooms in a hotel instead of the booked apartment and free breakfast as a commercial gesture.

I arrived at midnight, but the apartment key didn't work, so I contacted the hotel reception, and they sent me someone with another key which didn't work also. I had to wait two hours to solve the problem, while I was traveling tomorrow.

It was fine for a short stay.

The apartment was spacious and I was happy that we could do some washing as we had been travelling for 2 weeks. Internet access. Nespresso coffee machine.

The television didn't work. There was no kettle or toaster. The kitchen could be better equiped (e.g. plates, bowls, cups). Had to open the door to the bathroom balcony as it had a bit of an odour.

Indicated that our time of arrival is 3-4pm. No one is around when we got there at 3:45pm. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the keys.

Bellissimo appartamento

Casa davvero molto grande con ampi spazi. Bene curata nei particolari.

Ritiro chiavi a circa 5 Min in auto, quindi potrebbe non essere comodo per chi viaggia in treno (noi eravamo in macchina). Non una critica ma un suggerimento: una macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda a disposizione.

Soggiorno sodisfacente

Appartamento ampio e molto confortevole, ideale per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Ben attrezzato e fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno come a casa. Abbiamo usufruito pienamente di tutti gli spazi a disposizione, rendendo la permanenza molto piacevole.

Per effettuare il check-in abbiamo dovuto recarci in un altro punto della città, distante dalla struttura. Per chi arriva a Piacenza in treno e con bagagli non è comodissimo.

Sosta di 1 notte con famiglia per transito a Piacenza; bene, per il prezzo pagato.

È un appartamento molto grande, con 1 TV e clima in ogni stanza, dotato di cucina per ogni esigenza. La doccia è a due posti, molto grande.

Nulla di assolutamente negativo da segnalare, ma solo due piccoli appunti: Il ritiro delle chiavi è a 3 km dell'effettivo luogo di pernotto; per uno che non vede l'ora di riposare dal viaggio è un pó una scocciattura.. ma capisco l'esigenza di mantenere basso il prezzo, per cui alla fine ci si passa sopra. Altro piccolo aspetto migliorabile: l'impianto clima è centralizzato, e la presa di aria sul corridoio è parecchio rumorosa (soprattutto la notte). Consiglio di accendere il clima la notte solo nelle camere da letto, per far si che la macchina lavori meno, abbassando anche i decibel di conseguenza.

Bene ma non benissimo

Appartamento ampio e ben posizionato

Purtroppo non funzionava l'aria condizionata, nonostante il personale telefonicamente ci desse indicazioni non riuscivamo a risolvere il problema. Poi non usciva acqua calda ed è dovuto intervenire l'idraulico ma fino a quel momento è stato pesante! Comunque si sono prodigati per risolvere i malfunzionamenti. Forse consiglierei prima di affittarla di controllare che sia tutto in ordine e la casa confortevole. Anche i cuscini potrebbero essere migliorabili.

Piccoli disagi

È stata modificata la struttura ricettiva in quanto il Residence Taverna era inagibile. L' appartamento che mi è stato proposto è di nuova ristrutturazione ma molto più piccolo di quello da me prenotato. Ha creato un leggero disagio sia per la suddivisione degli spazi che per i rumori dei coinquilini. Mi aspettavo un eventuale rimborso per la differenza di spazi.
