Good choice in Piacenza

Location was good, place was comfortable and parking was available even though it was in the next buliding.

Contact with hosts was through whatsapp but response was slow. Bruna was very hospitable and nice but possibly due to the weekend and some communication errors, there were still some deficiencies such as the lack of washing machine palettes and faulty door knob/ lock situations. However the overall stay was comfortable and good.

Very nice flat, recommended especially if travel by train

Very nice flat: renovated, clean, comfortable, quiet. Very responsive and friendly host. Easy check-in. A pleasant surprise - a welcome basket incl. a bottle of prosecco! Everything worked, good bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Good heating. The building has an elevator.

Perfect stop over.

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient. A lovely selection of breakfast and welcome provisions were supplied which we weren't expecting. The apartment was very well equipped. We would certainly return to this property.

Parking on the road side was not possible and in order to access the car parking space, we needed to collect the keys from the apartment. We fed back to the owner that had we known there was a large free car park at the station, very close to the apartment, it would have made things easier. She thanked us for the feedback.

Fabulous apartment and excellent hosts

The apartment was exceptional, the welcome pack of milk, wine, water, drinks cakes and pastries was unbelievably kind of the hosts. There attention to detail with all the extras in the kitchen and bathroom was amazing. Can’t recommend this property highly enough. We only stayed the one night as we were travelling on South, but if you are spending sometime in Piacenza this place is ideal.

Love, love, lovely apartment

Aaaaamazing apartment, lovely decor, comfortable beds, quiet, big bathroom. Lovely complimentary breakfast basket, snacks and drinks. Easy communication with the host.

It's not exactly a negative but... the duvets felt very thin, they were warm enough, we weren't cold or anything but I personally prefer a thicker duvet in winter in which you can snuggle and it just feels cozier.

A modern gem with all the trimmings.

The hosts really made an effort to make sure our stay started off perfectly. There were so many little touches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom that really showed they cared about their guests. The apartment is well kitted out, has a fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and Italian coffee maker (because choice is important...) and feels spacious and modern. We did use the good quality sofa bed and a fully grown adult was comfortable on it.

Everything was actually really good. You do need to get used to the way the gate and door work, and how to get in and out of the parking area if you use it. Nothing wrong with it, just learning as you do it for the first time.

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce bel et spacieux appartement. Nous avons pu garer notre véhicule dans le parking sécurisé de la propriété durant tout notre séjour ( merci au propriétaires pour le petit extra ! ). L'appartement est absolument nickel, décoré avec gout, tres bien équipé avec de quoi se faire un bon petit déjeuner et des p'tites surprises bien appréciées ! Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied en une quinzaine de minutes. C'est une adresse au top pour un séjour à Piacenza

Appartamento bello e confortevole

Un bel appartamento arredato con stile e sufficientemente spazioso per 4 persone. C'è poi la signora Bruna che si impegna al massimo per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Trovare il divano letto pronto, il frigorifero con 4 bottiglie d'acqua ed un cesto per la colazione è davvero piacevole dopo un lungo viaggio. Ambiente ben riscaldato nonostante la temperatura esterna rigida. Posto auto coperto e protetto da cancello in edificio adiacente.

Niente di grave ma c'è bisogno di sistemare alcune cose: scarico doccia lento, appendiabiti vicino la porta di ingresso cade appena si mettono più di 2 giacche e maniglia della porta tra salone e bagno da fissare.

Struttura moderna, e host super gentile e disponibile servirzi offerti meglio di alcuni 5 stelle

I letti singoli senza possibilità di attaccarli, divano letto che quando lo apri a letto la parte si stacca dal divano, in coppia si è un po’ impossibilitati a dormire insieme. Parcheggio separato da appartamento e apparentemente scomodo perché poi devi riportare la chiave su e se sei di fretta perdi molto tempo

La casa è ampia, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Vi è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno compresa la lavatrice, lavastoviglie e un parcheggio privato in sicurezza Graditissima le prelibatezze per colazione e la base x cucinare ( olio etc )

Appartamento moderno e ammobiliato con gusto. La generosità del pacchetto di benvenuto comprendeva molte bevande (anche una bottiglietta di prosecco) biscotti, cornetti e tutto per una colazione molto soddisfacente. Molto buona la sua ubicazione e la possibilità di avere un posto auto riservato all'interno dello stabile.

Super netter Kontakt, toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem drum und dran. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wohl gefühlt. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude war ebenfalls super, so konnten wir entspannt Piacenza zu Fuß erkunden.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren zum 2. mal hier und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Man hat alles was man benötrigt und noch mehr. Viele Leckereien zur Begrüßung,was wir sehr genossen haben.Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Den Tiefgaragenstellplatz fanden wir auch sehr angenehm, wir konnten ohne Probleme runter und rauf fahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

L’accueil, les indications claires et précises, toutes les attentions à notre arrivée ( à boire, à manger, tout pour le petit-déjeuner, etc), la déco, le confort, le calme pour dormir, l’air conditionné, la propreté, la place de parc privée et sécurisée … le fait que cet appartement, bien que près de la gare, est calme, lumineux, sécurisé et proche du centre historique de la ville (10-15 mn à pied) … une qualité-prix très très bonne !

Fantastisch en voor herhaling vatbaar

Alles. Deze accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en had onze verwachtingen meer dan overtroffen. Het appartement was zeer ruim, ontzettend schoon, stond een welkomstmand klaar met een fles wijn, koekjes en chocolade, ontbijt was klaargezet en in de koelkast stonden blikjes fris en water en voor iedereen lag er een pakket schone en zachte handdoeken klaar. Er was zelfs een afgesloten privé parkeerplaats De communicatie vooraf verliep soepel, gastvrij en op vragen werd antwoord gegeven. Perfecte accomodatie voor een doorreis of langere periode.

Zeer adequaat voor een stop-over.

De rijk gevulde ontbijtmand, snacks en drankjes. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

De parkeergarage is om de hoek, maar je moet eerst bij het appartement een sleutel halen (en bij vertrek weer terughangen), terwijl er eigenlijk geen goede stopplek is. De capaciteit van de airco leek onvoldoende om het binnen aangenaam te krijgen ( buiten was het 32 graden).

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt.Viele kleine Leckereien standen zum Empfang bereit. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Nähe zum Centrum hat uns sehr gefallen. Obwohl die Wohnung an der Hauptstrasse liegt,sehr ruhig,da alle Fenster zum Hinterhof liege. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.Danke für die liebe Gastfreundschaft.

Dočekani ste sa vinom, nekoliko vrsta sokova, kave koliko želite, 10 vrsta čajeva, voda u staklneloj boci, kolačići, sve namirnice za doručak, mlijeko, keksi, čips pa čak i sve za pripremu rižota ili tjestenine ako želite skuhati ručak. Svaki dio apartmana je detaljno opremljen s vrhunskim proizvodima. Sapuni i sav pribor za higijenu je dostupan. Čak i nove četkice za zube ako su vam potrebne. Mekani ručnici, anatomsko jastuci, pegla, perilica, apslolutno sve što vam može zatrebati. Imate garažno mjesto što je jako važno. Domaćin nam je preporučio izvrsne restorane. Lokacija je odlicna. 15 minuta pješice do centra grada. Hvala na svemu! Preporuke!

Rapida visita di Piacenza

Era tutto perfetto. Tutto pulito. La casa ha un riscaldamento eccezionale, tanto che ho dovuto chiudere qualche calorifero. Graditissimo il cestino di benvenuto e la colazione ben fornita.

Il divano letto è scomodissimo. Si sentono le doghe sotto al materasso. Credo sia opportuno cambiarlo
