The best-equipped accommodation I’ve stayed in so far; the fridge was even stocked with everything one might need. A welcome refreshment awaited us, and there was also some coffee and a treat in the kitchen.

The air conditioner's efficiency is very poor; it probably needs a check-up, as it doesn't cool the room down.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und geräumig. Die Betten sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Die und sonstige Ausstattung waren erstklassig. Leckere Snacks.

Die Klimaanlage könnte für den Monat August mehr Leistung haben.

The layout of the apartment is good, and it is tastefully decorated. The breakfast kit was welcome and appreciated.

The aircon is a joke. Just a fan, not a proper air conditioner. It was unbreathable hot inside the apartment. Everything was hot, even the walls and sheets on the bed. In order to have a little chill during the hot night we had to open the windows (just to hear the endless gun noise and explosions from a night military drill from a army unit in the vicinity). What a nightmare of a night we had. The host must do something with the air conditioner (it might lack cooling agent) because many other guests before me complained about it and he did nothing. The sofa bed squeeks at every move. If you come with a car and have luggage beware that it is no proper stop place at the entrance to the building, so be prepared to move quick and ignore the horns of the other drivers. The parking place is under the neighboring building, with no acces to the appartment.
