Luxury in Piacenza

Beautifully designed walls and woodwork. Large apartment for 2 (or 3 or 4) people to sleep, yet 1 stunning washroom with shower and separate vessel tub, plus washer and dryer.. Modern kitchen has microwave, mini oven and dishwasher plus full fridge and freezer. Modern elevator. Palazzo courtyard with grass. Friendly and timely service. Comfortable bed.

Walls still need some more art or can be painted. Must park outside the limited traffic zone ZTL, so cannot drop off luggage in front. Like most Italian showers, it drains slowly.

Excellent choice in lovely quiet Piacenza.

Very spacious and modern apartment in an excellent location in the Centro of Piacenza just a short walk to piazza Cavalli. Make sure you use what’s app to communicate when you arrive in order to get your keys. We did not and had some trouble connecting. Once we realized our error all was well and communication was seamless.

Toilet seat was loose and the water for the bath could be warmer. But otherwise good.

Could be a nice place with a bit of effort

Good central location, spacious, safe. Would be a nice place with more attention to detail.

Supposedly car parks were available nearby. The person who met us was a nice young lady, a Ukrainian national, who did not speak a word of English and could not tell us where the car parks were. The host's communication was not helpful to the point of my wife being in tears. I left her there and drove around numerous local streets without finding a free park on the street or any public car parks. We are both over 70 and would not have booked the unit if car parks were not available nearby. A neighbour in the same complex took pity on us and loaned us her unused car park for our stay. This is a nice property that lacks detail. No other unit we have booked has not had a bit of tea, coffee and milk for arriving guests, many have much more than this. There was only one toilet roll. There was no apartment or tourist information available except for a framed single sheet of paper that was not up-to-date. The internet connection given was not correct but we worked it out and, thankfully, the password was correct. There was a washing machine but no washing machine powder, so we were unable to do the clothes washing we had planned. There was a dishwasher but no tablets and no washing-up liquid to wash by hand. Most of the larger plates had been washed (without detergent) and showed grease marks. A number of cups had been put back unwashed. Upon leaving we we put much of the crockery in the dishwasher, which would have helped, it it is unlikely that everything came clean without detergent!

Wir waren gerne dort und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Neben der Klimaanlage (Heizung) gibt es zudem mehrere Heizstrahler womit man bei entsprechender Wetterlage gut und schnell einheizen kann. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung optimal und gut eingerichtet.

Die Anfahrt, viele Einbahnstrassen, kein Parkplatz am Haus, trotz großem Innenhof. Die Durchfahrten in der Altstadt sind zudem teilweise gesperrt was den Gepäcktransport zum Haus erschwert. Eine kleine Ergänzung : Wir waren im April das erste Mal dort, die Einbahnstrassen waren für Ortsfremde die "Hölle". Heute, 22.11.25, kam der Bussgeldbescheid ....

Un alojamiento encantador.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Con todo lo que se puede necesitar y en perfecto funcionamiento. Está emplazado en un palacete y el ambiente es súper tranquilo, encantador y relajante. Nos ha encantado.

Lo único que es un poco incómodo es el tema del parking que está alejado del alojamiento y es de pago.

Wunderschönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Appartment

Sehr schöne, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Appartment. Sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideale Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Anfahrt mit dem Auto nur zu bestimmten Zeiten möglich. Schlafzimmer liegt an der Straße, was teils sehr laut sein kann wegen des Pflasterbelags der Straße. Aber Fenster sind gut isoliert, man kann also gut schlafen nachts, wenn das Fenster zu ist.

Impersonnel, bruyant ( proche d’une rue en définitive assez passante) Aucune assistance proche. Un seul jeu de clés et si vous claquez la porte en oubliant un objet à l’intérieur, comptez deux à trois heures d’attente pour un dépannage. Zéro plan B.

Csodálatos épületben, igazi olasz hangulat

Gyönyönyörű belvárosi környezet, nagyon tiszta lakás, csodálatos épületben. Jó felszereltésgű a lakás, a parkolás pár száz méterre könnyen megoldható.

Mikro sütőt nem volt, kicsit hangos az utcai zaj.
