"Casa Sofia" appartamento Raffalda ZONA CLINICA

The apartment was fantastic and so spacious with two rooms perfect for two people who need their own space. Fabio was super helpful and kind and was there to help us with whatever we needed. The living room had a comfortable sofa bed with a door and the bedroom had a huge comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, tea, bottled water, olive oil, basalmic vinegar and other condiments, detergent for clothes, dishes and dishwasher which was fantastic! The climate control was also great and warmed up the apartment on cold nights. The espresso machine was fantastic and made very nice Italian coffee. The washing machine and dryer was very useful too. The bath was very nice and they even provided soap in the bathroom too. Parking was free on the street and the check in process was simple and easy. There were some great restaurants just a 4 minute walk away and a huge supermarket a 5 minute walk away. We felt right at home and would definitely come back!

Appartamento super fornito in tutto. La nostra esigenza era stare vino alla clinica privata di piacenza e l'immobile si trova proprio a 300 m di distanza, quindi perfetto per i non automuniti. Fabio il proprietario una persona eccezionale super disponibile e simpaticissima

Check in in ritardo rispetto all'ora prevista, impianto elettrico da rivedere. Tentando di utilizzare la macchina del caffè è saltata la corrente.

La gentillesse du propriétaire, son attention (café, boisson, biscuits à notre arrivée, etc.), ses conseils pour aller dans le centre ville). la propreté, la taille de l'appartement, le stationnement très facile et gratuit dans la rue devant.
