The accommodation is in a perfect location, five minutes by car from the city center. There is a pizzeria below, but it is not disturbing, the room is soundproof. Extremely clean, sophisticated accommodation. We were able to park for free in the street next to it. The air conditioning came in handy in the hot weather. Everything was great, easily accessible.

We were very happy the owner allowed and arranged an early check in and the location was very good for our needs, especially as we are walking.

The kitchen was a bit short on.utensils and crockery. Only one small cup was provided, although we noted a cup had been used as an ashtray on the back balcony A tea towel would also have been handy.

Via Casteggio 48 was a decent place to stay.

- There was airco - Customer service and the owner were available to refund part of the booking.

- We were housed in an entirely different location from the one we booked (Via Casteggio 48). We contacted the owner that we would arrive soon and he told us to meet at the via Casteggio. There he gave us the keys and showed us around that property. This property did not have wifi or bedside lights (key reasons we had booked) and had a leaking kitchen faucet. Only later when we noticed this did we ask the owner and he told us this was because the airco in the other property was malfunctioning and he was willing to offer us 50 euro discount. We contacted booking.com customer service and after talking to two employees we got refunded a full night. the Alternative property was alright place to spend a few days. But it has a useless backyard 'garden', which was basically a paved over and fenced off lot baking in the sun. Parking is tight on the public street and you have to move the care on different days because the street sweeping. The owner was aware of the leaky faucet, but has neglected to fix it. We were also recommended the nearby restaurant Bella Napoli. But that was a very disappointing pizza.

Waiting for a refund...

Nothing. I slept elsewhere 😞

I was traveling with my car. I thought there was a private parking available. When I got to the location, I found out the parking was outside. The owner said I could ask Booking.com for a cancellation, and we would agree with it, so I could have my money back. I phoned Booking.com. They said they were waiting for the owner approval of the cancellation. I contacted the owner again. He said he had already done it. I am still waiting for the refund. Bottom line is that I followed the owner instructions but the cancellation was not done.

Convenient location, great for one night before continuing on our journey and having a really great restaurant.

Oddly there’s this dark spot on the wall where the small bed is. Like someone with greasy hair rested their head.

The apartment is in a quiet street with parking available right in front of it. Inside was spacious and clean, also well equipped. Check-in & check out were smooth as well

Vicinissimo alla Fiera ARMI & BAGAGLI, accogliente, gentile, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Parcheggio facile da trovare in strada.

Comodo e accogliente

La struttura é nuova posizionata sopra una pizzeria e a pochi minuti dall’autostrada. Molto pulito dotato di cucina. Chi gestisce la struttura é molto cordiale, per lavoro abbiamo dovuto soggiornare due notti consecutive e ci siamo trovati bene.

Camera standard con tv, letto comodo.

Ragnatele in giro, il tegamino per scaldare il latte era sporco sul fondo (ho preferito fare colazione fuori casa), doccia da tenere in mano perché mancante di saliscendi che era appoggiato sulla lavatrice (ho mandato messaggio all'host per renderlo partecipe di questo disagio ma non mi ha risposto).
