Just what we wanted!

A very easy walk from the station. Small but ideal for our purposes. Well placed on the edge of the historic centre. Nicely appointed and furnished. Marcello was very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice one

Check-in was super easy and the appartment is in walking distance to the train station of Piacenza. The owner was always reachable and also let us check-in earlier. Thanks again for that. Both, check-in and out were super easy.The kitchen, if you want to use it, has everything you need and we also found some water for us in the fridge. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked well.

I am not a big fan of shower curtains. This is probably the only thing I would change.

Short stay in Piacenza

Apartment is very good for short stay, you have everything you need, for us very important thing was also free parking in parking garage. It's not very far away from apartment to the city center, so you could have nice 10 minut walking and you're there.

Apartment is a little small and the only window looks directly onto the street, so it's not very recommended to open it to have some fresh air.

I really enjoyed my stay, if I came back here I'd 100% stay here again. Marcello is great.

I liked the location and how modern and clean the apartment is.

The only thing that I found difficult was the heat. The AC does its best but mid-summer Piacenza is hard to wrangle.

Good communication from the host and a nice place to stay.

Owner organised parking, with a pass with directions back to the accommodation. The apartment is reasonably close to the centro (about 10 minutes walk). The TV had some streaming channels as well as free to air channels. There was a coffee maker and capsules in the kitchen area. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure, The apartment was very clean. All in all we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

The only thing is we felt there werent enough free power points for charging all of our devices. There were power points but most were being used.

Perfecte per visitar la ciutat

Apartament ben equipat i molt ben situat (a pocs minuts del centre) per fer una visita a la ciutat de Piacenza. Molt amables amb detall de l'aigua de benvinguda. És molt pràctica la plaça de pàrquing si viatges en cotxe.

Es disposa d'una cuina molt ben equipada, però estaria bé que hi hagués un microones per escalfar el menjar i llum directe /lampara a la taula del menjador.

L’appartamento è ben ubicato e mantenuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, e comodo sia se si arriva in auto che in treno. Ci siamo trovati bene al punto da tornarci ogni qual volta ripassiamo da Piacenza

La prima volta che siamo venuti c’era anche il ferro da stiro che però questa volta mancava; è una piccolezza ma ci è stato comodo.

Piacevole monolocale, appartato grazie al cancello che isola dalla strada ma comunque in una buona zona. Comodo il posteggio privato.

チェックイン時に大家さんが施設の説明をしてくれると思っていたら、オンラインでチェックインをすると、鍵の受取から建物全体の鍵の開け方、部屋の場所、部屋の鍵の開け方をメールで連絡が来たため、自分で考えてやらなければいけなかった。最初の鍵の受け取り方もよく分からなかったため時間がかかったし、アパートのどの部屋なのかもわかりにくいし、更には部屋の各設備の説明も記載されていないので、毎回メッセージで大家に聞かなければいけなかった。部屋の施設自体はとてもよいので、手順を丁寧に記載してほしい。（部屋の設備は、部屋に手順を書いたものをおいておくでもよい）長期滞在する場合は、電子レンジがあると良かった。
