New and ground floor. Has AC
AC doesn’t work! Was not clean at all. Has a kitchen but barely any utensils. The apartment was not maintained at all.

Quasi niente.
Pulizia e manutenzione pari a zero, come si fa a non avere cura di un appartamento carino e concentrato?. Federe dei cuscini sporchi, cappa e forno della cucina sporchi, posate sporche. Tavoletta del water rotta e porta del bagno con serratura rotta, caldaia che si accendeva da sola e certe volte l'acqua usciva da sola dal rubinetto. Non ho nulla contro il proprietario ma non ha cura dell'appartamento.

Consigliatissimo!
Appartamento ben tenuto, situato in una zona tranquilla, vicino a supermercato,ristoranti,bar,pasticcerie,ecc… ma soprattutto a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall’ospedale Guglielmo da saliceto. Vincenzo il proprietario super disponibile e gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
