Very good stay for my opera trip in Piacenza

The appartment is middle in Piacenza it is very easy to walk to the opera house, the restaurants etc... Since it is the only appartment on the groud floor so it is very quiet and you can have a good sleep. The host is very friendly and always helpful. A wonderful stay :)

Nothing particuler. Maybe only the sound of the ventilator in the toilette is really loud and thats all.

I am so happy I stayed my last night in Italy in this beautiful little flat and in beautiful Piacenza. My stay was great. I could check in earlier😊 the flat is close to the beautiful old town with nice coffee shops and restaurants. (The flat is well equipped for cooking your own meal) It was clean, nicely furnished and your own little courtyard. I liked everything about the property.

It's a nice apartment in the middle of the city. Our host wrote to us several times and even asked during our stay if there was anything else we needed. The size is more than enough for two people and everything you need is there (Shampoo, Tea, Coffee, Waterbottles, …). It is also very clean and smartly furnished there.

L'appartamento era buio, i serramenti non isolavano dal freddo , i condizionatori erano rumorosi e troppo in alzo per scaldare. C'era un forte odore di detersivo da bucato dovuto ai profumatosi nelle prese elettriche, senza di quelli c'era un cattivo odore dallo scolo della doccia ...

Posizione comoda per girare la città

Appartamento con il copriserratura rotto, split mal funzionanti: non riscaldano essendoci finestre da cui entra aria fredda; in più se lasciati accessi fanno un gran rumore. Ho inoltre trovato il phon rotto, appena l’ho acceso è uscito del fumo e puzza di bruciato. In più non ha ne persiane ne tapparelle ma questo è stato errore mio non accorgermene prima. Pulizia discreta, poca ma c’era della polvere e alcune ragnatele sul soffitto.

El apartamento no estaba del todo limpio. En la entrada había un paraguas lleno de polvo y telarañas. Las toallas olían a moho. La iluminación del apartamento era catastrófica, como de estación de policía. La ducha pequeña.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans le centre de Piacenza, proche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et présents si nécessaire. Nous recommandons!

Замечательная апартаменты в двух шагах от всех главных достопримечательностей города. Всё продумано, и располагает к хорошему отдыху. В квартире есть небольшой дворик, и летом там можно организовать завтрак. Особые слова благодарности хозяину квартиры, все вопросы которые возникали, были им решены. Прежде всего, сразу же были привезены бокалы для вина, за что ему отдельное благодарность. Рекомендую!

Ottima posizione, in centro città ma subito prima della ZTL, con possibilità di Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Appartamento piccolo ma fornito di tutto, con spazi molto funzionali, silenzioso e arredato con gusto. Molto apprezzate la macchina per caffè con cialde e l’acqua minerale nel frigo. Facile comunicazione con l’host, gentile e disponibile.

Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, Remote Check in lief reibungslos. Wir waren auf Durchreise und haben die Unterkunft spontan gebucht - value for money passt grad so.

Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum, da die Dusche direkt hinter dem Bett ist ohne einen separaten Raum zu haben. Toiletten Lüftung ist sehr laut. Wohnung ist auch generell hellhörig bzw. das Haus. Man hat abends den tv und Diskussionen der hausmitbewohner mitbekommen.

Ci sono piccole cose che possono essere migliorate. In cucina ci sono pochi utensili per poter fare colazione o preparare il Necessario per una persona e la ventola del bagno è rumorosissima, alzarsi di notte di certo disturba; cose però che sono sicura che l’host migliorerà di certo per il prossimo soggiorno, essendo stato davvero disponibile.

Una piacevolissima esperienza!

Ho soggiornato per una notte nell’appartamento “Il Borgo” e ne sono rimasta entusiasta. La pulizia era impeccabile e ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione. Lo spazio esterno è un vero punto di forza, perfetto per chi viaggia con il proprio amico a 4 zampe. La chicca? La macchinetta del caffè con capsule, ideale per gustarsi un buon caffè appena svegli! L’host è stato super gentile e sempre disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente! In soli due minuti a piedi ho raggiunto la piazza principale.

Piacenza top!

La disponibilità degli host è stata magnifica. La posizione dell'alloggio praticamente perfetta, ad un passo da tutto ciò che ci serviva (eravamo a Piacenza per lavoro). L'appartamento molto accogliente. Il bagno si potrebbe dire che è diffuso, la doccia non si trova dove si trova tutto il resto del bagno ma potrebbe essere comodo se siamo in due, uno può andare in bagno e l'altro farsi la doccia senza darsi fastidio! Solo un po' piccolo ma c'è tutto il necessario. Dovessimo tornare, sceglieremmo di nuovo qui!
