Great Place

We really liked the apartment! All was very clean, there was a little welcome package of food and drinks for the first morning. The staff was really nice and easy to reach. Would visit again :)

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.

Es ist ein schönes kleines Apartment. Die Küchenzeile hat das meiste, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist sauber.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer liegt straßenseitig, es ist also nicht leise. Die Duschkabine hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich und hinter der Toilette ist eine undefinierbare Kabelanlage, die vor sich hinschimmelt.

Piccolo e funzionale, comodo e vicino al centro.

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, davvero comodo, piccolo ma funzionale e carino con piccola cucina. La proprietaria ha lasciato caffè, brioche e biscotti per la colazione e una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, molto gradita visto il notevole caldo di luglio. I letti sono comodi e ci sono due cuscini a testa. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per una breve permanenza.

Premetto che la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e che l'appartamento è davvero carino e pulito. Comunque metterei uno specchio grande a muro perchè c è solo lo specchio piccolo del lavandino del bagno. Mi permetto di suggerire le lenzuola di cotone. Faceva molto caldo e le lenzuola non essendo puro cotone cacciavano un caldo pazzesco. Abbiamo acceso tutta la notte il ventilatore a soffitto in dotazione ed è stato rumoroso, difficile addormentarsi. Diciamo che forse è meglio durante la stagione fredda.

Appartamento perfetto per 2 persone, in posizione ottima vicinissimo all’ospedale e il centro della città. La proprietaria è super accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Qualità/prezzo giusto.

Esperienza super positiva!!!

Appena entrate ci ha accolto un profumo di pulito. La signora Simona è stata gentilissima.

L'unica cosa che manca all'appartamento e consigliamo di aggiungere è uno specchio intero (magari da aggiungere all'anta dell'armadio), ma comunque rimane tutto eccellente.

Ottima soluzione per alloggiare a Piacenza

Ottima posizione, si raggiunge il centro comodamente a piedi e proprio accanto l'ingresso dell'appartamento è situata la fermata dell'autobus locale. Nei dintorni ci sono molte attività commerciali ed un supermercato. L'appartamento è fornito di ogni comfort, dalla cucina al bagno tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e ciò lo rende la soluzione ideale anche per i soggiorni di lungo termine. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e super disponibile.
