Acceptable, but some important improvement are required

The access to the place was simple

The bed was not comfortable, mattress was too soft; the fridge was very noisy and woke me up at night; the kitchen cutlery and dishes were not clean

Great for a one night stay. Nice surroundings. Free parking.

Apartment is a bit outdated and not very clean. Kitchen is missing some basic equipment (strainer, grater, salt, oil, vinegar…).

Appartamento carino come in foto. Cucina con tutto il necessario + macchina da caffè con cialde. Appartamento situato all'interno di una corte molto tranquilla e carina con parcheggio gratuito. A 10 min da Piacenza centro.

Materasso troppo morbido. Il forno purtroppo non era pulito.

Het appartement en de gastvrijheid.

We misten een 'wereldstekker', waardoor we de driepolige Italiaanse stopcontacten aanvankelijk niet konden gebruiken. Gelukkig konden we er een in een winkel in de buurt kopen.

Non so come faccia ad avere delle recensioni così alte...

Sicuramente la posizione è molto comoda per chi ,come me,deve prendere l'autostrada. La struttura è pulita. C'è la macchinetta del caffè

Monolocale open space, senza nemmeno una porta tra camera e cucina. Letto scomodissimo, materassi estremamente morbidi non so se per l'usura o per la bassa qualità, . Bagno piccolo ,senza un appoggio per un beautycase. A parte 2 campioncini di bagnodoccia ,non c'è un minimo di servizio cortesia. Condominio estremamente rumoroso. Rapporto qualità prezzo non accettabile.
