Great apartment ideal position

A nice little apartment with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Ideally located to get to Piacenza only a short walk. Marchello recommended a few restaurants again only a short walk from the apartment. We chose La Pareina and had an excellent meal there. Thank you Marchello, we had a great stay! 👍

Nothing except the apartment could do with a corkscrew to open the delicious wine of the region. Fortunately iwe always carry one with us! 🍷😉

A convenient place to stay for a couple of nights, and Marcello was a very responsive host.

There was no breakfast, as expected. Location was excellent. Marcello was extremely caring and helpful. When we arrived at the property, we were not sure where to park, so I called Marcello and asked for help. Within just a couple of minutes he came to look for our car and then guided us through the arrival procedures. Great service and a fine place to stay if you want to explore the town on foot.

The apartment was not up to our expectations. The original reservation confirmation said that there was a dining table and a desk - there was neither. All there was was a narrow counter against the wall with two bar stools - one of which had a loose back. Sitting on a bar stool and facing a blank wall is not a great dining experience. There is plenty of space in the room for a small table with two chairs, such as a bistro set. That would be a major improvement. This was a noisy place - not because of street noise but because of the noisy other tenents. The apartment was at ground level right beside the main entrance into the building. Every time somebody entered, they would slam the door and would wake us up. Somebody upstairs was having a loud event. If you want peace and quiet at night, this is not the place for you. The bathroom had no shelf space to put toiletries.

Cèntric i còmode, el check in és on line via una plataforma.. que és una mica farregós pero després l’anfitrió està en contacte amb tu via whatsupp en tot moment, enviant la info que calgui, molt amable. Hi ha cafetera i cafè gratuït. Tens aparcament a la porta. Ho recomanaria

per dir algo, faltaria un microones pero hi ha estris de cuina per escalfar ..

Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, il frigorifero è un tantino rumoroso e mancava la carta igienica di ricambio.

Essenziale e funzionale

Posizione perfetta per visitare Piacenza, ma anche l'Emilia e buona parte del Nord Italia. Monolocale spazioso con tutto il necessario, ottimo anche il parcheggio condominiale e il pet friendly.

Forse leggermente da migliorare se si pensa di fare soggiorni un po piu lunghi, un tavolino con due sedie per guardare meglio la tv e magari una poltrona per creare una piccola zona giorno.

Situation très bonne pour visiter la ville sans utiliser votre véhicule.

Le parking qui est sécurisé et la position géographique du logement. Attention il est dommage que les places soient limitées car trouver un stationnement en ville n'est pas aussi aisé qu'il n'y paraît dans les différents commentaires. L'appartement pour le logement de deux personnes est parfait en volume et en équipement.

Les essuies de bain n'avaient pas un parfum exceptionnel.

Хорошее расположение. До главных городских достопримечательностей - 5-8 минут пешком. Апартаменты сравнительно большие. Чистота, удобства, комфорт выше всяких похвал. Кровать оказалась одной из самой комфортных за много лет путешествий. Вся техника работала хорошо и исправно. Парковка с белой разметкой находится вдоль всего здания, если она занята, можно поставить машину на внутренней территории кондоминиума.

Было бы хорошо в душевой кабинет предусмотреть возможность организовать полочку для мыла/шампуня. Было бы хорошо подготовить несколько фотографий общего вида улицы / дома / входа в апартаменты, чтобы уставшие от дороги путешественники, особенно иностранцы, могли быстрее и лучше ориентироваться.

Un vero piacere!

Struttura splendida, pulita e fornita di ogni comfort. Posizione tattica e comodissima per girare il centro di Piacenza, host super gentile e procedura di check in comodissima. Parcheggio condominiale comodissimo e possibilità di parcheggiare anche su strada gratuitamente sotto casa. È stato veramente un piacere soggiornare nella vostra struttura, se ripasseremo da Piacenza torneremo senza alcun dubbio!

Geografisch goede ligging, waardoor je heel makkelijk het centrum van Piacenza in kan lopen. Veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. Na het boeken ontvang je van de verhuurder ook allerlei handige info over je verblijf, zoals typische restaurants in de buurt.
