Fantastic base for a long weekend in Piacenza

The apartment is located on the second floor (third floor U.S.) but was easy to manage with bags. It was possible to find paid street parking very close when we needed to load/unload luggage but there was ample free parking just ten minutes away. We used the apartment as a base for day trips in the surrounding area and found the location to be a perfect blend of in-the-historic-core but easy to get on the road for touring. We stayed for four nights. When we arrived the apartment was spotless. The design and condition of the furniture just feels very clean. The photos were entirely accurate but we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment itself seemed larger and brighter than photos suggest. The kitchen and dining room are separated from the bedroom by a foyer and sitting room so it was great to have space to spread out. The owner had thought of everything including a drying rack for clothes and a bottle of water waiting in the refrigerator. The bathroom was functional and the lighting was more than adequate. We found the bed to be very comfortable. Throughout, it was easy to regulate the temperature. We visited in winter and turned the heat off in all but two of the five rooms. The apartment is located in a great part of town. There were several very good restaurants within a five-minute walk as well as grocery stores, bakeries and very good cafes. There was absolute silence at night. The owner responded to all our questions quickly (I think his family lives on site) and there was a strong sense that the owner and family take great care of the place. We didn't make use of the rooftop terrace but it was lovely. The view from the windows into the courtyard is also quite nice.

Nothing--it really was perfect. We would gladly stay there again.

Schönes Apartment mit unbequemen Bett

Das Apartment liegt in der Altstadt ruhig und zentral gelegen, unweit zur Stadtmitte, zu den Cafés und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die schöne Wohnung ist modern und elegant eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gibt einen schönen Blick in den begrünten Hinterhof.

Der Minuspunkt in dieser Wohnung war das unbequeme Bett bzw. Matratze , man lag in einer Kuhle, am Rand höher. Auch die Bettdecke war nicht i.O. Wir haben leider 5 Nächte schlecht geschlafen. Mit schweren Koffern ist die Wohnung im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug etwas mühsam zu erreichen. Informationen zum Self Check-in wurden auf Nachfrage sehr kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Keine persönliche Übergabe des Schlüssels. Hilfreiche Informationen zur Stadt wurden nicht gegeben.

l’appartamento è elegante, pulito e ben accessoriato. c’è veramente tutto e ci si sente a casa. dagli utensili per cucinare, al phon con diffusore, fino a lavatrice e lavastoviglie. c’è anche una macchinetta del caffè con cialde a volontà. inoltre è situato in centro a due passi da tutti i servizi. decisamente consigliato.

l’unica cosa che manca è l’attaccapanni all’ingresso!!! ma è difficile trovare un difetto.

Appartamento è assolutamente corrisponde alla descrizione,molto pulito e luminoso,a cucina si trova tutto quello che serve,a noi piace anche il letto,abbiamo dormito molto bene,grazie per crostata home Made BUONISSIMO! Appartamento consigliatissimo
