Spacious, modern well maintained house in a central location with friendly hosts

Immaculate apartment Brand new and very clean. Very well equipped and thought through Located in 3 km from the city center, a nice nig conrad supermarket is in 2 minutes drive. We were a family of five and had a comfortable stay there Fantastic host, welcoming and willing to help

Air conditioning is difficult to control, we were a bit hot at night. Please ask host for clarifications how to operate A/C in advance

The apartment was peaceful, clean, and beautiful. My family felt very comfortable there while visiting friends in Piacenza. It was also very close to many restaurants and gelato places. The owner was very easily reached and very helpful if we needed anything.

The owners were very helpful. The property was very clean and well-appointed. The showers were excellent with soft towels to die for. It was equivalent to a 5-star hotel and the best place we booked in our month-long tour of Northern Italy.

A few more glasses or large coffee mugs would have been nice.

The apartment is super clean, cosy, equipped with high quality facilities, everything is composed in stylish way, all the details are well organised. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The beds, linens are super comfortable. You can feel yourself as at home. The location is pretty close in walking distance to the city centre, parks, restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back in case of passing by Piacenza.

Casa bella e ben arredata

La prima cosa che mi preme sottolineare per chi leggerà questa recensione è che io non sono un leone da tastiera che si accanisce contro le strutture che la ospitano per il gusto di farlo, tutt'altro, ma questa esperienza merita una recensione a tutela dei futuri fruitori. La casa non ha problemi, è bella, ampia, equipaggiata e pulita. Il problema è l'host. Il proprietario nasconde dietro una affettata educazione un atteggiamento dispotico e malfidato. C'è una assoluta mancanza di trasparenza dato che comunica regole aggiuntive e costi in maniera assolutamente arbitraria dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione . Ho dovuto contattare l'assistenza di Booking svariate volte per aiuto nella gestione della prenotazione dato che il proprietario si rifiutava di cancellarla (era una prenotazione senza cancellazione gratuita ma eravamo all'oscuro di diversi "cavilli" comunicatici solo dopo). Ci sono stati richiesti divrrsi supplementi e abbiamo dovuto combattere per avere delle ricevute. Addirittura ci è stato addebitato un checkin aggiuntivo e un "late checkin" per un ospite di cui avevamo fornito i documenti che il proprietario si è rifiutato di far entrare disattivando gli apriporta della casa da noi affittata (il proprietario vive al piano di sopra, è sufficiente che si affacci). In tutta sincerità credo che dovrebbe essergli impedita l'attività di host.

Нельзя курить во дворе, утюг маленький , не греется, гладильная доска тоже маленькая
