Bad bed, great kitchen

Good location, even if to access it there are a few steps to follow. Well equipped flat with functional kitchen and appliances. The ceiling can be too low for tall people.

The bed/mattress.. The U shape in the middle is visible and even more obvious when trying to sleep. Because it's a thin/old mattress on a base, the bed is too low..

Disappointing.

Lovely terrace

Bath plug was stuck and we had to lever it out with a knife. One light in bedroom didn’t work. There are hot plates in the kitchen but no pans to cook with.

Brevissimo, se lo conosci lo eviti

Dopo aver ricevuto più richieste dell’orario di arrivo, ci siamo presentati all’orario fissato (18.00) in quel preciso istante ricevuto indicazione che per effetto della partenza ritardata degli inquilini precedenti la struttura non era disponibile prima delle 20. Nel messaggio indicato c’era scritto di un tentativo di contatto con whatsapp, nessuna traccia nel telefono. Provato a contattare la persona di riferimento, il cellulare riportato era spento. Nessuna risposta al messaggio di richiesta di conferma della disponibilità all’ora indicata, per onestà nel messaggio era indicato che nessuno sconto era possibile vista la giornata festiva, ma era proposta la possibilità di prorogare il soggiorno sino alle 13.00 anziché le 10.00indicate. Finalmente entrati in struttura, dopo mille peripezie con serrature elettroniche!!. Visionato l’attico elegante il letto presente è di sana memoria “ostello della gioventù”. Tentativo di accendere televisione in soggiorno (non presente tv in stanza) nonostante le istruzioni non c’è stata alcuna possibilità (non possiedo laurea in ingegneria elettronica). A questo punto saggia decisione di cercare un’alternativa a Piacenza, trovata e abbandonata la struttura elegante. Nessun ulteriore commento

Hier kann man auch mehrere Tage verbringen! Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und toller Terrasse. Nette Kommunikation und rechtzeitige Zusendung des Anmeldelinks.

Sehr nerviges, staatliches Anmeldesystem. Ich brauche mehrere Anläufe bis es klappte. Die Türöffnung mittels Handy war am Anfang etwas spannend. Ein kleiner Tipp, der lange Schlüssel ist für die Haustür! Das Eingangstor öffnet man auch mit dem kleinen Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox an der linken Wand.

Panorama mozzafiato, eleganza e confort. L'ingresso in struttura fantascientifico...schiacciando tre icone all'apertura del link si aprivano cancello, portone e porta dell'appartamento. Comodissimo, semplice e perfettamente comprensibili le istruzioni. Alta tecnologia a servizio del cliente. All'estero se le sognano queste strutture e se pure esistano le paghi oro. E poi vuoi mettere il godimento di cenare su di un terrazzo con panorama a 360 gradi di un tramonto sulla bella Piacenza? E che dire dell'assoluto silenzio? Un grazie di cuore a Ginevra per la disponibilità e l'attenzione!

L'attico meraviglioso di Ginevra

Sono stupito che qualcuno possa aver avuto il coraggio di lamentarsi di questa struttura. L’attico è a dir poco meraviglioso: posizione centrale, si raggiunge a piedi ogni parte principale della città; balcone panoramico che lascia senza fiato; arredamento di gran gusto, dalle sedie all’ingresso che sembrano vere opere d’arte, al bagno e alla camera, fino al tavolo del salotto con sedie importanti. Tutto estremamente pulito. L’host Ginevra è stata gentilissima e sempre a disposizione. L’apertura delle porte è di ultima generazione, che dà totale autonomia. Alloggio periodicamente a Piacenza per stare con mia figlia, e posso dire che questa struttura è sicuramente tra le migliori della città. Mia figlia se ne è totalmente innamorata. Nota bene: il condizionatore funziona perfettamente. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità, sarà un piacere tornare!

Attico elegante ma da migliorare

Vista panoramica e attico illuminato e con spazi ben curati e puliti.

Il letto era spazioso ma corto e scomodo, inoltre è presente solamente un vecchio condizionatore non abbastanza potente da riuscire a rinfrescare gli ambienti, perciò abbiamo sofferto molto il caldo. Inoltre non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni adeguate al momento del check-in, per trovare l'ingresso esterno ed interno del condominio in modo autonomo, in quanto sono presenti più abitazioni e accessi all'interno della corte.
