loved the city and loved the apartment!

Perfect location to walk the beautiful city centre, spacious and stylish property. Even though the property is billed as a loft - it's a very unique ground floor location which means no dragging bags up stairs!

Great value

Great location in the heart of the historical district. Three AC units - very comfortable indoor temperature during this hot weather. Very friendly and helpful host.

The towel and bedsheets smelled like mold.The whole environment was a bit austere, not very comfortable for a senior person. The AC cooling made up for these inconveniences - from what we gathered from others traveling with us at the same time, not all short rental units in Piacenza have proper AC cooling.

It was refreshingly cool, easy to find and in a great central location. Although we were only there for one night we felt at ease straightaway and were given clear instructions by Marcello before our arrival for checking in. The amenities were exactly as described and the bed was the comfiest we slept in during our 4 city break!

Our daughter who slept in the single beds between the kitchen and bathroom felt there could have been some better privacy for changing but it wasn’t an issue.

Comfortable apartment, convenient location, and a helpful, flexible host.

The apartment is very well located, just a few minutes from the city centre. It’s comfortable, spacious and has everything needed for a short stay. Marcello, the owner, was very helpful and flexible with our departure time. I had asked to leave a bit later because I was running the city's half marathon in the morning and wanted to take a shower afterwards — and he kindly accommodated this. Also they provide with basic things like salt, oil and vinegar which is not always the case.

I would return without hesitation, though a few aspects could be slightly improved to enhance comfort. In particular, the shower area could benefit from more privacy — adding a couple of doors in the corridor and at the entrance to the main room would already make a difference. Also, for those who enjoy cooking more elaborate meals while travelling, the kitchen space might feel a bit limited. That said, the photos accurately reflect the space, so it really depends on each guest’s priorities.

A pleasant surprise in Piacenza!

The apartment was a pleasant surprise when we got there, we didn't realize from the pictures that it is so interesting and sophisticated. It has all you need for a perfect stay in Piacenza. The surroundings are also awesome, nice streets and buildings. The host was very kind, prompt and helpful at any time.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a (small) group of friends who want to stay in the lovely area of piacenza. The location was very central to everything and the host made a reservation for us in one of his favourite restaurants, where we had traditional foods and a wonderful evening. We parked our car 100 metres across the street for free.

Comodo perchè breve.

Ottima posizione, confortevole, si dormiva bene ed accogliente il loft e il riscaldamento e la posizione perfetta al centro e non è complicato trovare posto auto nei paraggi. Potrebbe essere perfetto.

Pessima dotazione per soggiorni lunghi, manca la lavatrice, c'è solo una piastra elettrica minimale, mancano parecchie dotazioni presenti in altre strutture, la pulizia un pò carente in posti nascosti, ad esempio sotto i sedili del divano e soluzioni un pò approssimative come il telo sopra il lucernaio della camera, il cortiletto sporco e la cassettiera che era piena di cianfrusaglie nei cassetti senza un senso preciso. Non ci vuole molto a migliorarlo.
