Peaceful home from home

Beautiful accommodation. Cosy little house in a very peaceful resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended place for people looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Paradise in nature

The bungalow was very spacious and cozy. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. This resort is in nature so the view was very beautiful and everything was very peaceful. They have their own garden so food was always very fresh and delicious. We loved how they treat food as medicine. This hotel is very about connecting with nature and yourself. They have activities like cooking classes and wellness programs. We took tom yum cooking class, it was very informative and fun. We also did wellness program with yoga, steam, body scrub, massages, sound therapy. Highly recommend to try activities that they offer. Staff was super nice and helpful with all the questions we had. We ordered transfer from airport and driven even offered to stop at seven eleven. They even tried to teach us to drive a motorbyke (again, sorry Leo). I highly recommend to choose this place for calm, peaceful stay

Nice place to be

The houses are beautiful. The food at the restaurant is great.

There is no good beach in proximity. You can go to Railay beach by boat access only or drive to Aonang which is not a good beach. It's nice but the water is dirty. Certainly this is something you already know if you have informed yourself about this destination. The pool is also not as clean as it should be. You can see the green algae or dirt on the tiles of the underwater stairs

Deceiving for the price

- the resort is very peaceful and in the middle of the nature which is good to get some rest and disconnect - The villa was spacious and clean, very big bed and bathroom - Breakfast was tasteful - Hotel is near the pier of Ao nam mao to get the boat to Railay beach and there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel (or 10min by foot) - washing machine available for 40bht and refill of water - Cute gesture for my birthday :)

Overall, the price is way too expensive for Thailand and for what it is, we were deceived for the following reasons - the hotel is far from the center (15min) and we struggled to find grab taxis to go and come back - This is not a wellness resort the amenities are not up to the level: there is no spa it’s in fact a villa where they removed the bed, the pool is dirty with mold growing on the walls (i didn’t dare to swim) and the plastic sunbeds were all green, the « gym » is under a house with few old equipments,.. - Forget about the restaurant: you have to order the meals in advance (breakfast the day before), no choice of juices available during the day (as well as no sodas or beer for wellness reasons) and they are closing at 5.30pm so you need to go to town if you want to have dinner - no tea bags or coffee samples were provided in the room - WiFi was dropping and slow - Staff didn’t speak very well English

Perfect reset

The resort felt like being in a serene jungle. They grow their own vegetables/fruit from which they cook the delicious food. We have a lovely breakfast everyday, great healthy choices. We had the best room right next to the pool. Everything is fantastic in here. Definitely 100% recommendations ❤️ The best massages I had in Thailand so far. Yoga and sound healing also highly recommended 🧘

Everything was great, the only thing I would add is a selection of herb teas for breakfast, as they only offer black tea or coffee, for someone who doesn’t drink caffeine, herb the would be great.

Beautiful and Relaxing

It was like heaven in the jungle, with a beautiful garden and relaxed atmosphere. The care was personal. The staff was super informative and petient. We had a nice experience with the wellness program.

The food was highly qualified but the dishes felt experimental. The balance between hotel and wellness could have been better tuned.

Beautiful place!!

The staff were absolutely brilliant. We ended up coming a bit later than expected due to some traffic, but they stayed and hung around until we arrived (an extra 2-3 hours!!) which we were so so grateful for. The value for money here was great, you get an entire villa which is equipped with everything you need, it's so quiet and beautiful and probably the closest we'd be to living in a jungle. The villa itself was clean, bed was large, and generally had a nice and beautiful vibe to it. The resort itself had a mangrove forest which we visited and was a really nice walk. The breakfast included was delicious and well made, and always came with some surprising extras which we loved. Even though the resort was in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Krabi, it was really easy to get Grabs to the centre of Krabi, and only 10 minutes away. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Na Sook!!

Unfortunately the shower didn't work at our villa so had to use our friend's one. In fairness to Na Sook though we didn't raise it as we were only there 2 nights so I have no doubt that if we said something they'd have sorted it straight away.

Excellent

Amazing place, wish we could have stayed longer. The grounds are amazing, it’s like a botanical garden. Room was super comfortable and nicely furnished. Excellent restaurant with a lot of unique dishes using plants from the garden. Lots of activities to do. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Location is out of the hectic city center in a quiet area, easily accessible by taxi.

Had a good time !

The resort is a dreamy getaway place. For those who are looking for a calm place surrounded by nature this is the place to go to.. You wake up on the sound of birds, you walk around the place while butterflies jump from flower to flower. You have a great view wherever you go in the resort. You can take a tour around with the bicycle offered at the resort and ride through the forest linked to the resort and end up on the Pier nearby. I am not being poetic here , I am honestly describing how literally it is over there. You have got privacy even though the resort is almost all booked and there are people around, you will feel like you have the pool for yourself, as well as the other facilities . The villas are well furnished. The whole design of the resort is well thought of. Nothing arbitrary and everything there adds to the beauty of the place. The staff are friendly as all Thai people are. We had a great experience staying there.

Cute resort to rest and enjoy

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. The little villas are super cute, very large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at Na Sook! The pool was very relaxing as well.

The breakfast options and especially the amount of food was limited to a set plate. Some days we were still a bit hungry after breakfast.

Nice stay

The hotel is large and very beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful, even though it is a la carte.

The hotel asks that you be informed the day before about the dishes that will be eaten for breakfast the following day. The staff at the restaurant are a little lacking in English. Being a wellness resort, they need to invest in better equipment in the gym and also in new bicycles. They also need a space for yoga activities. One day, they were having classes in the restaurant.

Good location, nice surroundings and overall good value. Some of the staff were lovely. Great wellness options and yoga available twice a week. Breakfast was great!

I’m not sure whether it was just the house we were staying in, but the design/furniture/fittings felt a bit used and outdated. We also would have preferred a house off the main road/parking area, as we had some noise from the cars now and again and there seemed to be plenty of other more private houses available. The check-in and welcome on our first day at reception was cold from the lady sitting behind the desk. We left early morning on the day of checkout to catch a transfer and despite us asking, packed breakfast wasn’t available for us (which is quite standard I’d say). Overall we expected more from this accommodation but it was still pleasant.

Perfect place if you want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The resort is located in the middle of seems a jungle, which offers a superb feeling of relaxation. You get a whole villa with kitchen and bathroom and 2 AC´s. You feel like you are at home and the fact they bring you breakfast to your rooms is very nice. When waking up, you can hear the birds singing and the insects chirping. I would like it though you could order more food for breakfast because the portion sizes are not very big. There is a washing machine at the premises which you can use for a small fee. I really liked this hotel and it offers good value for money. Grab also worked perfectly fine to get to Ao Nang beach for a small fee. The jacuzzi in the pool is very nice and the bathroom is also designed for elderly people, because there is a place to sit and a handrail to hold on to, which is a nice detail.

The location is a bit away from Ao Nang city center, but you know this when you book a resort hotel. The mattress of the beds were a bit too soft, and the portion sizes of the breakfast are not big enough, if you wanted some more, or even wanted to change your drink, you had to pay more. The wooden floors were very slippery and small pieces of wood constantly came out between the cracks.

A hidden gem we didn’t want to leave

We originally booked just 3 nights to recover from a boozy start to our trip — but we loved it so much, we ended up staying for 2 weeks! The villas are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort has a serene atmosphere, surrounded by lush, diverse vegetation that adds to the peaceful vibe. The pool is perfect for relaxing any time of day. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant is a real standout — serving high-quality, holistic ingredients that are both tasty and nourishing. We felt completely at peace here — it truly became our sanctuary! For the price, it is a no brainer.

It is a bit remote from the city, which was a plus for us as we loved the tranquility and we had a motorbike to move around. But something worth considering. If you are looking for a place close to the action, this is not it.

One of the best places to stay in Thailand!

Beautiful, specious, new bungalows, equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Very comfortable bed, nice tv, decent shower, quiet and peaceful area. Nice helpful staff!

The only thing lacking was that you can’t eat anytime as the restaurant and reception are not open late night and early morning.

Very quiet , peaceful place. Breakfast is fantastic . Swimming pool is very nice and clean. Ideal place to relax with kids and family.

Everything was great. Just location is far from clean beaches, but it’s possible to take a boat near hotel in walkable distance from closest pier. Every 2hours from 9 am the boat going to Railay beach for 100THB per person with beautiful view, clean water and surroundings, restaurants and monkeys :)

Friendliest hotel and large, spacious rooms!

The villa style rooms were large and spacious: fitted with a kitchen, living room and en-suite bathroom. While there were no amenities like a hotel gym, the overall resort was great value for money and the sleeping quarters were excellent. Breakfast and food in the restaurant were so delicious and very unique. I'd highly recommend their herb salad. The hotel grows all their vegetables and herbs on site. The best part about the hotel was the exceptional, friendly and super helpful staff. They really were the highlight of our stay.

It may be a bit tricky to find a taxi so be sure to let hotel staff know well in advance if you need a ride somewhere. The hotel was also a bit further out from the main beaches. Wifi can be spotty at times.

A lovely, relaxing break.

Lovely little resort in a quiet area with a nice pool. Love the small eco-friendly touches, no plastic water bottles and the wet waste separation.

There is not enough hanging space in the bathrooms to hang towels up to dry. We had a couple of problems inside the room on check-in but all were fixed quickly by maintenance. The daily servicing of the room was a bit hit and miss; sometimes the staff did not replenish the drinking water and toilet paper. And there were a couple of mix ups with lunch and breakfast orders, but the staff are kind and helpful and try their best.

flawless

We've just left Na Sook Wellness Resort, after several days, and it's so sad to see us go. This was not just a regular stay but we felt like at home. People working there were a big part of that experience. Everybody was super lovely, receptionists, those working at breakfast, gardeners, greeting us with a big smile, always willing to help. Big thanks to the security guard who was very helpful and extremely friendly. All those guys were gems who made our stay unforgettable. The place itself was also amazing, peaceful, quiet, we were not even noticing that there are other people around. Our villa was cleant regularly, we were receving fresh water in glass bottles every day. Air conditioning works very well which is important as this place is close to the jungle. Don't miss their breakfasts! This resort is one big garden and they take most of ingredients from it. They were delicious and I learnt a lot about new plants and fruit that you can eat. Location is good. Just ten minutes walk from Ao Nam Mao pier from which you can take a boat to Railay beach, voted to be one of the most beautiful in the world, but also other destinations. At the pier start also many tours, including snorkling and visiting mangroove forest. In the neighbourhood there are several grocery stores and restaurants at the beach where you can watch the sunset. If we ever come back to Krabi region we will stay again in Na Sook Resort as it has everything we need. Thank you.

The staff try to he very nice but the communication with them is very hard, they know some words in english but not really able to stablish a conversation or support us during our stay. The restaurant offer is very limited, they have a big menu but is not updated (as they explained to us) and they have less than half of the dishes. Breakfast offer is very limited. The wifi was not working on our room, we asked them to solve it without success.

The property is amaizing. When we book it we like the photos but as soon as we arrived at Na Sook resort we realize that in reality is awesome!! Perfect and clean colonial houses, beautiful pool, a lot of intimiy in the midle of a little jungle but still so close to the Ao Nang beach. The stuff were very helpful and polite! All is as described Small structure in a very nice and quiet place. Every room is a separate house with a nice pool in the middle The people are always present and helpfull. It was a pleasure to be here for 5 days

Wer keinen Baderummel und kein Nightlife, sondern an Leib und Seele gesunden will, findet hier den idealen Ort. Von hier aus kann man die Natur und die Inseln vor Krabi gut erkunden. Also: Das Resort hat zwar einen Strand, aber der ist zum Baden ungeeignet. Wer gerne an den Strand will, wird nach Ao Nang gefahren. Das Resort ist ein stiller Ort, mit schönen Bungalows und einem Pool in einer grünen Oase. Wir haben selten so gut und gesund Thailändisch gegessen, wie dort.
