Overall, the lack of cleanliness significantly affected my experience.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room during my stay. The bed sheets were dirty, they changed them after we reported it to the reception. There was also visible dirt on the floor; it did not appear to have been properly mopped or vacuumed. Additionally, the towels were yellowish and had stains on them. Although they looked like they had been washed, they did not appear clean or fresh.

The view and the roof pool was nice.

They didnt clean our rooms. No toilet paper. No towels change. Shower head didnt work. Toilet clogged roomservice had to come unclog it.

Great Hotel

Location and staff were excellent. Easy walk down to the beach. Turn left at the Cosi Hotel and walk all the way down as it leads to the beach and is less busy and quicker.

The pool area looks bigger on the photos but its perfectly adequate and a very welcome relief after a hot day.

Good comfortable hotel

the hotel is located in a very busy street just off the main beach road, but it is in the top quieter part of the road. The room was spacious with a nice view of the rock formations and had all the necessary amenities. Lots of dining options in the area. The rooftop pool has a lovely 360 view of the AoNang rock formations.

Good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, near lots of shops and bars. Lovely pool area, pool towels provided. Free coffee and biscuits every morning. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great views and amazing rooftop pool

We loved the view of the mountains and the rooftop pool. The staff were really helpful and found us bowls and forks to eat the food we’d bought at the local market.

Only thing was the location Ao Nang is so touristy on a positive note that means there were plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep but we rented a scooter just up the road and explored further afield

First we got 5ft. next to emergency door the way to swimming pool was noisy. So next day we asked for change then we got 3ft. More quiet more bigger and good view.

Very clean room, the view from the swimming pool is amazing, friendly staff. The female dorm only has two beds. Two of my three nights I had the room all to myself which was pretty nice. Comfortable bed. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and 7-eleven.

The pool was nice it was REALLY clean like so clean !!! About a 10 min walk to the main strip.

There was no hot water in my room but they let me use another rooms shower that did have hot water. In fairness in the heat in thailand a cold shower wasnt bad. They also dont have breakfast

close to the beach pool was ok hotel was extremely hot in the hallways and staircases. AC worked good in our room bathroom design is not desirable as the floor is soaked from the shower

Defo recommended

Roof top pool had a lovely view and was really quiet. Staff were very friendly. Being a bit further up the main road meant it was more quiet. The mountain views were great and being that side of the hotel meant we didn't hear the prayer calls (like some other comments mention).

The rooms were hot and the air con load but what you expect in a got country. Hotel provided extra fan so it was okay. There is no shower divide so if you're not careful the toilet gets wet, but nothing a wipe over can't fix and personally preferred it to a grotty dirty shower curtain anyway.

Amazing location and rooftop pool.

Shower has no glass or curtains so the bathroom was wet after each shower. There was a door to the other room. We could hear everything and it didn’t feel as safe. Room not always clean even if asked.
