Despite the location is a bit far from Aonang beach, the provided shuttle for it. And the manager is great in showing you all the facilities and guided us when we had difficulties in parking our car. It was raining the 3 days we stayed and luckily for the gaming room and the pool, we managed to keep ourselves entertained.

Overall, it is good. Facilities 1 deduct 1 star because 1 of my room's aircons didn't work, although the staff had come to fix it 2 times.

My family and I had an awesome time at the lux family villa. The owner was extremely accommodating and helped set up our phi phi island tour, airport transfers, and other fun things to do. The villa is not within walking distance to any beach but they have an amazing shuttle service that will take you everywhere and quickly. The pool was amazing! My kids enjoyed the trampolines and play area as well. There is only one weird quirk with the room that created issues for my family. In order for the ac to work in each individual room the door must be completely shut or the ac turns off within a few seconds. As a parent with two children it felt odd to shut our bedroom door just to keep the ac on while my kids hung out in the living room. Overall it was a very small issue but it did make hanging out in the villa slightly uncomfortable at times. Outside of that we had an amazing time. Even visited an elephant cafe nearby which the owner recommended. I spoke to the owner several times and he ran a tight ship which elevated the overall feel of our stay! Thank you for having us!!!
