We had the M6 Mountain pool suite which was absolutely wonderful. Pool great size, cleaned everyday. Staff were wonderful! It was my birthday and they assisted my husband with fresh flowers and setting up the room to surprise me. Location is great. Out of town but close enough.

Not a complaint but a warning for others…getting to the upper mountain view pool suites is not easy! Very steep pathways not suitable for some people. Next visit I’d request a lower suite as we had the highest and the walk up was exhausting. Other guests behaviour! One man washed his hands at breakfast under the water urn. Our room neighbour started loud music and partying at 1am no consideration.

Clean pool, no noise despite the bar being close to the rooms

1. Too many rules and restrictions and fines for basic things (ex. AC temp cannot be below 20 etc.) 2. At the time of check-in, 1000 bhat was depositied in cash, this needs to replaced with credit cards for people that don’t have cash 3. Breakfast was of very poor quality. I asked the staff for more oregano on my pizza and they made a face saying they had already put enough. 4. The lights in the room were flickering and nothing was done despite complaining 5. The AC started making strange noises and stopped working in the middle of the night 6. The safe had no batteries in it, it was fixed after we told the reception. These things should be checked prior 7. Some of the rooms face the kitchen of the restraunt which is adjacenet to the building and the area is very dirty, there needs to be a proper boundry wall 8. Cracked walls in the rooms 9. Dirty dustbin right outside the lobby For the price being charged, the hotel needs to step up and do a better job at maintaining the peoperty.
