Would pay more to stay if the bathroom were updated

Room was comfortable and clean in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Aonang

Bathroom. The water smelt of mothballs and tainted everything Breakfast area was a bit bleak

Good for a short stay if you need to get away from touristy Ao nang

Tranquillity of the resort, green area. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Good value for money

Sewage smell in the bathroom, difficult to flush the toilet. Didn’t find the staff that caring when i said i got food poisoned at had problems with flushing the toilet. They fixed it but i had to go ask myself when They had done it, instead of them reaching out to me when They saw i was sitting in the reception by myself. The location is a bit far from the beach and shops but you can take a shuttle a few Times during the day if you need to go there

The best experience and vibe 😍

Everything was so perfect🤩 Quiet and away from street noise. Very big wooden room makes this place a heaven and the jungle around is calming and beautiful. There was transfer to the beach but walking distance is not bad and pleasant. Staff very helpful, I asked for thread, an umbrella, mosquito net, everything was provided. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. I loved the stay and you will love it too. There is gym, pool and spa too.

A unique stay in Krabi!

What an amazing experience in Phu Pha Ao Nang Resort!it was liking living in the paradise. Our wooden room was surrounded by tropic trees and had a pool view. It was really clean, comfortable with very nice traditional interior style. The breakfast was super good and the pool just fantastic. The hotel is located 20 minutes walking from Ao Nang Beach and the route to the beach offers also a fantastic experience with an amazing landscape under the mountain and unique nature sounds. What else I can say!we would definitely come back!

This hotel is amazing, gives you unique jungle vibe. Swimming pool is big enough. Location is perfect - it is a plus that it’s not located on the Main Street where is very noisy and crowded all the time. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. Walking to the beach takes ~25 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful - I was hurt and they helped me with medical kit. Also when there was a problem with our laundry because some of the clothes came back dirty they offered to do it again for free and apologized. Everyday the staff gives you a bottle of water which was really nice.

Pleasant

The room, atmosphere and scenery were delightful, really felt authentic and like we was in the jungle. The hotel offers a regular free shuttle into Ao Nang which is great. Good value for money. We had adjoining rooms our shower was the best shower I’ve had in Thailand. The gym and sauna is a nice bonus.

The floor is hard wood and very slippery. The kids room shower was not good at all. The staff were nice but unattentive. The bar selection is very small with only larger as an option with alcohol and they will not serve food after 8pm even though they’re open till 9pm.

Room is spacious and clean, property is beautiful - full of greenery. We can feel being in nature as trees were everywhere, it's near a cliff, and is away from the hustle and bustle of a city

Good resort but a bit too expensive

helpful personnel (AC was dripping, they fixed it immediately) very beautiful surrounding peaceful location good swimming pool big, cozy rooms with balcony good shower everything was clean and well maintained

AC not placed very well, while the big room was cold the smaller one was still too warm. Not enough trinking water provided (only 3 small bottles for 2 people/day) wifi does not work well

Peaceful stay

Everything was perfect, the staff was so nice and welcoming, they answered all our questions when we needed. The place is wonderful, it is like a mini jungle, the pool with a view on the cliff behind is really peaceful. The room was cleaned everyday, it was really pleasant to have clean sheets every time we came back to the room. Around the hotel, by foot there is 2/3 good restaurant, otherwise you have to take a taxi for going to the center of ao nang, it was not a problem for us.

Only the breakfast was maybe a little bit expensive for what we can have and taste

Good atmospheric hotel

Everything made out of wood. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good pool area. The hotel feel like you are in a jungle.

Bathroom not so great. Toilet needed a deep clean and was therefore a little smelly. Breakfast not the best, I recommend buying breakfast somewhere else.

Beautiful, like staying in the jungle.

Gorgeous room, and gorgeous property. Spacious, clean, and provided water daily. The staff were lovely, and the restaurant was well priced and was quite good! Lovely pool area, with a gym and sauna as well. One of my favourite stays! Felt very cozy and comfortable. Moments away from a 7/11/ restaurants/laundry facilities. Staff were very sweet - even provided restaurant service in the rain :) Their shuttle service lets you get to the beach/shopping area for free - but it is only a 15/17 min walk from the hotel!

The towels were very hard/scratchy. Mold on the toilet seat. Couple of gaps in the doors/ windows which could let bugs in. At night - monkey friends or some animal may be running along the roof (but expected for the area just can be scary and loud at first!)

Exactly what I wanted for my stay & perfect in every way.

My room was exactly what I wanted in a perfect location, I was only there for 2 nights and would go back for sure on my next visit. The location felt like you were somewhere special, almost in a jungle would only a short walk to the main area.

I like the atmosphere, mountain view and quite area.

Lacking Basic Hospitality and Convenience Our stay was not as pleasant as expected. There was no staff to assist with luggage from the car to the lobby, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the room had no telephone to contact the reception, and the reception area was quite far — making it frustrating when we needed assistance. The iron and kettle provided were of very cheap quality, which could easily be improved to give guests a better experience. Overall, the hotel needs to seriously look into improving their basic facilities and services.

The room was lovely and the staff were really nice. We rented a scooter from reception which was very handy. Pool area was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Rustic wooden huts in a quiet paradise

This is a beautiful tropical little paradise on the outskirts of the madness that is Au Nang. A 30 minute walk to the front or a £80 Bhat Grab ride. The hotel is a collection of rustic little wooden huts surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The pool is lovely and very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy, although hard but that's my preference. Lovely little balcony to sit out on in the evening. I got a bargain discounted price of only £26 a night. In my opinion the full price would be a little high, but I was extremely happy with the price I paid. I would definitely stay again and recommend if you want to be away from the noise and the drunk tourists.

The staff could have been friendlier. They didn't help with my suitcase and watched me struggle with two bags up the flight of stairs to my room. The bathroom is looking a bit dated, but I kind of added to the rustic charm. Bit of a walk to the nearest 7/11 so required a bit of planning if you wanted to chill by the pool with a beer or in your room, but again it was £80 Bhat for a taxi so didn't really bother me.

Amazing scenery around the whole establishment. The room itself was super spacious with a lovely bathroom, ha faults for the room at all. Great facilities too with a pool, sauna and restaurant area, as well as welcoming hosts. Would really recommend staying here as it Is a lovely peaceful place.

About a 15 minute walk from Ao Nang’s main street, however, I wouldn’t really consider this a negative as it means the place Is incredibly peaceful and quiet, away from the lights and noise. They also offer a useful bus transfer service for those who would prefer not to walk.

Great aesthetically pleasing place to stay!!

The room was beautiful! Very treehouse vibes. The resort had a tropical feel. It was a bit off the main road which was nice for how quiet it was. The pool was nice and well kept. The breakfast was way better than I expected as well. We had a clean room every day.

Seemed like there were a lot of mosquitoes sneaking in through the bathroom screen, and the bathroom had a weird smell after heavy rain.

Great value for money in a relaxed jungle environment.

The rooms were fantastic, great air conditioning & a lovely pool area also, which was very quiet during the day to relax. We loved the jungle vibe to the resort also, with beautiful bird noises in the morning to wake up to. Walking distance to all main restaurants, shops & launderettes also, which we liked.

Breakfast was quite expensive compared to other resorts we stayed in, but there were lots of options to choose from, including fresh fruits & traditional Thai offerings. We had a room inspection before we checked out & they said we were a hand towel short, but in fact we had only been given 1 the previous day by house keeping! Once this was explained they seemed satisfied with our answer!

Peaceful location surrounded by greenery, excellent value for money

The location is perfect, peacefully tucked away from the noise and bustle of the city, yet still within reasonable walking distance. Ideal if you have a motorbike. We loved the lush greenery and the layout of the bungalows. Even though they’re quite close to each other, we still felt we had enough privacy. Beautiful pool and convenient shuttle service to Ao Nang beach. The only downside: not many places to hang wet clothes in the bungalow.

Good enough hotel in a quiet area, but long way from sea

The hotel has nice tropical vibe and it is very quiet. Few minutes to closest 7/11 and some restaurants. The room was good, it was clean with decent bed and efficient AC. The size of it was satisfactory. The pool are was great for a little time off in the afternoon. The staff was helpful enough. For the price I wasnt disappointed overall.

The hotel is sligtly too far away from the sea (but I expected it). There are a few transports, but the schedule didnt suit me. During check-in they should explain the locking mechanism and also set up the safe, this way I had to go to reception again, even though one member of the staff showed me to the room at first. The wifi was barely useable and the TV couldnt even connect to the wifi. Only shampoo provided, no shower gel. Also once in the afternoon, the shower just shut off. On the reception they said they are fixing something, thats nice but what if I was in the shower with shampoo on my head... Some warning would be nice. I took a look at gym and sauna, but it was pretty shabby to say the least. The gym had pretty old equipment, but I didnt use it.

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the pool, the food in restaurant, quite and peace. Very green surrounding. We felt like in the middle of the jungle.

Pleasant

The rooms are exactly like the photos, apart from a little darker in real life. The staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed the food we had there, and good prices. We didn’t try the breakfast though. The hotel is in a good location, very quiet area but only a 5-10 minute walk to the Main Street, about 20 minutes to the beach.

While I loved the dark wood and authentic Thai aesthetic, the hotel is a little tired looking and could do with an update. Walking outside is very slippery after rain and the wooden floors inside also very slippery even when barefoot. We ordered drinks each night from the pool bar and they were fairly warm. Pool towels probably need replacing!

Not much, but there was construction around the hotel and not nice to walk to some restaurants, but I got a scooter to get around and there is a car that takes you to ao nang beach

Exceptional

Everything. The whole place is amazing with its own jungle. We enjoyed that feeling. The Pool was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly.

The english breakfast will be better in the future. That was not sausage it was meet stick maybe, and it has not got bacon. But this was the only negative thing. We loved that place, we recommend it.
