Seriously dodgy plumbing
Fixtures and fittings were nice and modern.
Toilet in ensuite downstairs was leaking from the main waste pipe. Improper piping was being used, it was a hose for a tumble dryer. Ended up with sewer water flooding the toilet floor so it was unusable and unable to be fixed so we had to find somewhere to move. Exposed wiring in the main bathroom behind the heated towel rail
