Perfect location to the Hill dickinson stadium which we attended for a rugby game. The whole b&b was spotlessly clean and well designed and decorated. The twin room we had was spacious for the 2 of us with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Liverpool in the future, and we will recommend Ten Streets b&b to family/friends.

Not cook breakfast, but many options to choose from. I love the fact that endless water and fresh orange juice in the fridge ,the weather was hot ,very thoughtful. ( kudos to the host )
Too many stairs and the bathroom is together with the toilet which you have to wait if someone is using anyone of it. The taxi from the accommodation was fast to go out but I will not choose on return, a bit poor service .

Quiet neighborhood, good decoration.
Someone had left dishes in the sink to the point the kitchen reeked. It was an awful smell. I could ‘t figure out the sink in the bathroom. It was a cheap plastic Chinese faucet. And the outlets in the room weren’t easily accessible.
